After a few weeks of hard practices it was time for the Preakness. I was as ready as I can ever be. After another short ride to the racetrack, I was unloaded and took to the barn. Since I was the only horse racing from our stables, I was alone with strange horses I have heard about but never met before. The only horse I recognized was The Sheriff, we talked for a while about our bloodline. Soon Jacob, Luke and Miranda came and got me.  After a short talking to I was to do the same as I did during the Kentucky Derby but to push The Sheriff harder so there would be a close finish again. We're taken to the warm up area and soon given the leg up and took out to the track.

The contenders

1. The Sheriff
2. Keep Your Distance
3. Thor's Hammer
4. Frosted Pharoah
5. Manning's Legacy
6. God of Hel
7. Force of Nature
8. King of All
9. Olicity

We were loaded in and soon let loose at the bell. I yet again took the lead as easy as I had before. The Sheriff was closing in on my tail so I let him have the lead earlier than during the Kentucky Derby. I pushed him a few times till I was paced by Manning's Legacy. I was loosing ground so I kicked it up and easily pasted Manning's Legacy and ahead of me was yet again The Sheriff. I pushed him longer and harder than before and he started to fall back so I kicked it up a few notches and soon pasted him and I ran hard till I crossed the wire with a length and half lead. I was lead to the winners circle and they were again talking about the Pharoahs Legacy, my grandfathers legacy.

I was taken strait home after I cooled off. I went home and soon fell asleep. I was going to be the Triple Crown winner this year.

A few days after the good race against The Sheriff I heard the news that he was racing me in the final jewel of the triple crown and was to retire. I was so sad he was a great horse but I was going to win now matter what.

Guys I feel so bad not updated a while before and wanted to ask you guys something did up you guys notice the horse Manning's Legacy was named after the Great Peyton Manning and was going to retire just like he did comment if you agree.

Love Peyton Manning
