Jannah's POV
I pulled my foot back away from Mr. Malak's lap avoiding his gaze.
Have this man forgotten that his shirtless? I asked myself. Maybe it's time for me to march on outta here.
I stood up from the bed trying to walk away, and suddenly he speaks.
"What are you doing here?"
Wow.... Such a gentleman.
Slowly I face him gazing into his eyes.
"I was looking for Khalid."
"Why?"
Non of your business! Sheeshhhh
"I had a question."
"Which was?"
I sighed loudly rolling my eyes away from him. I turn back to the door holding the knob.
"Jannah" he calls out, and I can feel him walking towards me.
What is happening? Oh my Allah....
"Your not going anywhere."
Whaaaa??
"Until you help me clean up this mess you created."
Huh?
I quickly face him knowing his too close, I couldn't help but gaze at his dark blue eyes.
"You heard right." He quickly grabs a shirt putting it on, and then a few seconds later handing me a dustpan while he holds the broom.
"Follow me." He says and slowly a smile approaches his face which my senses are telling me looks very veil.
I followed him like a Hungary kitten...
Ew. Lol did I just say that? Excuse me.
He arranged a chair for me to sit on while holding the dustpan.
Slowly I sat with his help, and he starts cleaning.
Mr. Malak's POV
Wow I'm such a gentleman...
I just didn't want her to leave for some reason. I wanted to get to know her better, and that was the only excuse I had.
I squat down to pick up the big pieces of the glass throwing it gently into the dustpan.
I can feel Jannah observing my every move.
Suddenly she puts the dustpan down and reaches her hand out.
"Is this you?" She asked me facing the picture towards me.
I stood up sitting besides her.
"Yeah."
"I figured." She replies staring at the picture.
"I remember this day..." I held the picture.
And suddenly I smiled.
"This was the time I completed my studies and baba gave me a gift. A car to travel with."
"How long ago was this?"
