I woke up that morning to an empty bed. I guess Hunter had gotten up early to go to the studio. I took a quick shower and got dressed going to the kitchen to find some breakfast. I saw a note on the table. "Hi, went to the studio early. I made some blueberry muffins their in the microwave. I'll be home for lunch. See you soon. Good luck on your dress." Well that's nice I thought, going to the microwave for some muffins.

Once I was done eating I had to run to the store. Hunter had taken me when I got the material for the brides maids dresses so at least I knew where I was going. I quickly pulled some chicken out of the fridge so it could finish thawing out for lunch and left. I knew what I wanted for my dress. I wanted a sweetheart neckline no straps sparkles all over. It  was gonna have a corset back. So i found some satin string and some grommets. Then the bottom would be a ball gown. So I'd need lots of tulle. I found all the things I needed and checked out.

Once I got home I cranked up some music and started on the top. I made the pattern and started meticulously sewing the top. I had to finish all the edges just so. I was really enjoying the work on the dress. But it was so bitter sweet, this was exactly the dress I wanted. I knew I couldn't wear it now because Hunter and i weren't getting married. But to show people this dress and then wear it when I get married for real. That was weird wasn't it? I mean this thing would be in all sorts of magazines. And I was still getting used to everybody caring so much about me. I hadn't even been on twitter except for the once. I heard a loud boom from outside and looked out the window. The sky had turned dark and it started raining.

My phone beeped saying it was eleven thirty. Time to start lunch. Well at least I had the whole entire top done. Besides the beading but that was going to take me a really long time to do. The chicken was thawed. I started some water for macaroni and cheese and started cooking the chicken. I put some grease on for some French fries and the kitchen was smelling wonderful. My stomach growled. The storm was raging outside. I hope Hunter was ok. I was just taking the last piece of chicken off of the stove when the front door opened.

"Oh my gosh!" I heard Hunter coming in. "Are you ok?" I asked turning around. "No, I need a hug!" he said coming towards me. "Don't you dare Hunter Easton Hayes! You are tracking water all over the floor. Don't you dare come over here." I said holding my tongs out. "Come on, just give me a hug." He came closer to me, now into the kitchen. "You're gonna clean every bit of that water up." "I'll do it as soon as I get my hug." "I'm serious stop." I said backing up into the stove. "You're stuck now." He said smiling that smile of his and raising his eye brows.

I held the tongs out but he didn't look afraid. He pulled me into a big wet hug. "Cold, oh so cold! And I made you lunch. This is the thanks I get." I said. He pulled back. "No, i'm sorry that wasn't very nice of me." "Now I have to change." I grumbled. I walked passed him. "Clean that water up." I said. "By the way, nice pink bra." Hunter says. "Don't make me come back over there." I said. "Yea and what are you gonna do?" He asked. "Don't test me." I said giving him a look. "Come get some." He motioned with his hand. I turned to go towards him and he ran past me at the last second.

I turned to come after him but he slipped on his water and nailed the floor. I started laughing and I couldn't stop. He groaned. "You're mean." "Hey buddy you started all of this! I said don't do it and you didn't listen." I laid down beside him. "Now you pay." I said tickling him like crazy. "No...no...please stop..." He said laughing. "Next time. You don't hug me when you're wet!" He grabbed my fingers to stop me from tickling him. "You're mean." He said again.
