I could smell the food cooking from in the room. "Time to face the music. You ready?" Hunter asked standing up and holding his hand out. "Ready as I'll ever be." As long as nobody asks me to kiss him. I'm two in and if i have to kiss him a third i don't know if I'll be able to stop and let me tell you, that right there is scary! "Let's do this." I said placing my hand in his. He pulled me to him. I crashed into his hard chest.

He gazed down at me. "You'll be fine you have nothing to worry about." I looked into his eyes breathless. "Okay...good." Kiss me. No what am i saying. It's just the way he's always looking at me. He makes it hard to breath. He confuses me.  I shook my head stepping back. "We should go." I said. "Of course." He pulled the door open with the photos in one hand and my hand in the other.

We didn't even make it to the living room before somebody ran up. "Oh my sweet little Hunter. I have missed you so come give me a kiss!" Said an older lady I assumed was his grandmother.  An older guy walked up pulling him into a huge as well. "This is my wife Jessica, Jessica this is my dad's parents. Easton and Mary." They pulled me into a hug as well. "Oh." I was taken off guard. "It's so nice to meet you." They gushed. "You too." I said pulling back. "Were so happy for our little Hunter." Said his grandmother. "I'm happy for little Hunter too." I said smiling. He squeezed my hand. A few aunts, uncles and cousins ran up to say hi. Then another set of grandparents came up.  His moms. "This is my grandparents Carol and Lynn. This is my wife Jessica."  He said. "Oh Hunter she's so pretty. Good for you." Said Lynn.

"Dinners ready!" Leo called into the living room. We all headed into the kitchen to eat. There was lot's of love and laughter in the room. His family was really nice. I didn't always get along with my family but everybody here seemed to accept everybody and there was happiness. We talked about things and they asked about our life back in Nashville. They also asked about the wedding and why they hadn't received an invite. Guess we'd have to do that soon. But in order to do that you needed a few things. One a date. Two a venue. Three a time Four a meal.

Then the question of where do we get married? Louisiana were all of our family is, or do we dare ask them to come to Nashville? Then there was the fans. They would certainly try to crash this thing. Guess we had a lot to talk about. This was exactly what i didn't want. Playing along is going to far again. Were going to plan a full out wedding. And who do you think's going to pay for that? I wouldn't DARE ask my dad since i knew we'd break up in the end. I started having a mini panic attack at the table. And that was kind of rare for me. I had finished my food and stepped up. "I need some fresh air." I gasped to Hunter hurrying outside. He followed behind me.

"Hey talk to me, what's going on?" He asked. "What are we gonna do?? They want invites!! My family will too! That means we need to plan MORE and i can't do this anymore. I can't plan a whole entire wedding." I said. "Hey we don't have to." He said. "We have to pick a venue and a day and time. Then on the invites we have to put in food. So we have to actually book all that in case your mom or mine calls to ask questions. Okay then we have to get actual invites out." I breathed in a panic. "Okay fine, we can do that." "Well where do we even start?" I asked. "We need a venue." I said. "Okay so I'm assuming you want to marry here?" He asked.

I nodded. "I guess that would be easier on our families." I said. "Okay then we'll find a place that's secluded and it'll be pretty and it'll be great. I just want you to be happy." He said. "But this makes me happy and it doesn't even matter." I said crying now. "Hey, look i know this is really getting hard on you but we are almost to the end." He said. "Well we aren't but thanks." I said. "I know, I'm sorry I was just trying to make you feel better. Did it work?" He asked. I laughed wiping my eyes. "I don't know yet." I said. "Okay then, let's go back in shall we?" He asked taking my hand in his. We headed back inside.

"Oh you two are just to cute, sneaking off to make out." Said Lynette. I giggled going with it, sure. It's better than the truth i guess. After all the food was gone we started in on the dessert it was all good. I had some of the cherry cheesecake. It was delicious. Then people left.

                                                              *****************************

"Wanna go for a ride?" Hunter asked. "Okay..." I said. It was an hour after the family dinner and Hunter had been on his phone for a bit. I assumed he was doing work. We got into his car and drove. About an hour away. It was a place halfway between my house and his. There was a beautiful iron gate. He punched in a code. "Okay seriously, you know the code?" I asked. "Well they change it everyday. I called and got the one for today. He said.

"I did a lot of research. And i think this place would be a perfect venue for our wedding." He said pulling through the gate. He parked the car and we got out. "Wow." I said taking in my surroundings. It was beautiful out here. "I picked this place so you can have your fairy tale wedding. I know you're kind of into fairies and mermaids and unicorns and rainbows....you'll never admit it." I blushed. I had tried hard to hide it.

He held out his phone. "These chairs are perfect with flowers on them." I gasped. "I love it." "Then we can put a runner down the isle. This is were we'd marry. Hypothetically. The stage and we can do some of these..." He flipped to another picture. "They would catch the light and create a rainbow. Then we'll just do a scene here... then we come over here."

He took my hand leading me to a huge gazebo.  "We'll run flowers up here and this is were the dancing will take place. So we need a DJ and photographer. "Then we head to here." A covered pavilion set a few feet away. "This is were we'll eat and cut the cake. So we need two cakes/a baker and a caterer. We'll have long tables with beautiful bouquets. I found these rainbow roses..." He flipped to another picture. I gasped. "Those are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen." I said. " I just knew you would say that, so i got a florist to make you a bouquet out of them plus all the other flowers we'll need. And then i asked for extra just in case."

"Wait you got a florists?" I asked confused. "Well my mom was right there and she said 'you have to do it now so they have time to get them ordered and made....'" He said. "Right. So if we need a caterer and baker they should be local right? So that the food/cake can hypothetically be delivered."  I said. "Yes we can make some calls in the morning sometime." He said.

He led me back to the gazebo. I teared up a bit. "What is it?" he asked. "This place, this wedding is absolutely beautiful. Dancing here would just be magical with white twinkle lights hung from up there..." He took my hand. "Then dance with me." He smiled. I let him lead me around the dance floor. I could see myself in the dress i was going to make and my husband in a tux. We were just so happy because we were going to be spending the rest of our lives together. But when i thought of that guy it was always Hunter. If we didn't take a step back i was really going to get hurt.

We left agreeing this would be the place. I looked on the calendar and we found a date and time. He spoke with the lady on the answering service who agreed the date was available and she'd add us to the calendar. She gave us the number of the person in charge so we could give it to anybody needing to drop off stuff the day of the wedding. We stopped for ice cream before we headed home.
