I woke up the next morning tangled up in Hunter again. I shoved my blonde hair out of my face and untangled the covers from around my legs. Hunter groaned and pulled me closer. I tried to pull my arm out from his grasp and he finally opened his eyes. "Good morning." He smiled. "Morning." "Was i...snuggling with you?" He asked. I giggled. "I think it was a bit of both of us. Why do you ask?" "I slept really well last night." He chuckled embarrassed.

"No it's OK. Well it's D-day. Do you think this will work?" I asked. "I don't see why not. It wasn't our fault" He said. "Well good let's get going. I'll make us some pancakes." I said. "Great thanks." He rolled out of bed and went into the bathroom.

I used that time to get dressed and head into the kitchen. Once I had poured the batter I heard the water cut on in the bathroom. I started some coffee. I was going to need some if I was going to handle today.

Once the pancakes were done Hunter padded into the kitchen. "I need coffee." He rubbed his eyes. I handed him a mug. "Oh you are a saint." He smiled.

"So exactly how much gel do you put into your hair?" I pointed with my spatula. "What to much?" He asked. I giggled. "Just curious." I said taking a seat and setting the stack of pan cakes down in the middle of the table. "Uh-huh. Well thanks for making breakfast." He said. "you're welcome." I smiled. "Love how you changed the subject there." "What I can't thank you for the pancakes?" He asked eyeing me. "No you can..." "Fine, I use a lot of gel OK."

Once we had eaten the stack of pan cakes, we headed to the court house to speak with the judge. I was very nervous. I wasn't sure if this would work. I was hoping it would because the thought of spending three months with Hunter didn't sound like a good idea.

We parked and walked in. Finally they led us to the judges office. "How is my favorite couple??" She asked excited. "Uh....good?" I said confused. "Oh i'm sorry big fan. Judge Harriet Turnbowl." She put her hand out to shake both of our hands. "Jessica, nice to meet you." I said. "Guys, i cannot wait for your spread in S-Magazine. My best friend did your article she told me all about it and how cute you guys were." She said. "Right, well that's why were here. We don't want to be together." I said. "Oh yes i got your case, i dismissed it. You guys aren't fooling anyone." She said.

"No, we were drugged that night we really don't want to be together." Hunter said. "You guys did an interview last night, and you're planning a wedding....and you want me to believe you were drugged?" She asked giving us a look. "Well we were. You can do a blood test thingy." I said getting slightly mad that she wasn't believing us. "Wouldn't do me any good it's been to long. I don't know who you guys think you are fooling but i;m not buying it. Feel free to send me an invite to the auspicious occasion. Have a good day. You can see your self's out." She said dismissing us entirely.

"Wait you're just going to dismiss us, just like that? You can't do that. You have to hear us out. This isn't fair." "Look you guys are just hitting a rough patch. All couples do that. You'll be fine. I have a busy day. Can I do anything else for you?" "Look, it was really a big accident that we got married. And we need to be split up." "I'm sorry guys, It'll work out." I stood up my mouth hanging open. "Our hands are tied." I whispered to Hunter. "Seems like it." He groaned.

We had no choice but to leave. It was clear she wasn't going to help us. "Well that worked out well." I said. "Yea OK so i guess we just need to wait." He said. "Yea. I wish we could just tell everybody that we are breaking up." I said. "yea but if we do the judge wont grant the annulment." He said. "I don't see why she's being like this." I said. "I think because she's a 'big fan' she wants to see a happily ever after? Who knows." He said.
