"Eomma,are you home?"Taeyeon asked through the phone."No,your father just decided to drive your brother and I to the mall."her mother replied.
"But I don't have the house keys,when are you all going to be back?"Taeyeon asked as she glanced at her watch,which showed that it is 3:00 p.m.
"Around 7 p.m sweetie,how about you go to Aunty Byun to ask if she could let you stay there for a while,since her house is just at the right of ours."Her mother suggested.
Taeyeon heaved a sigh and glanced at the house next door.I hope she is in.
"Fine."she said and ended the call.She marched out of the gates of her house and saw her neighbor,Byun Baekhyun walking towards the entrance while fiddling with a bunch of keys.
Baekhyun is the bad boy type who is very popular in school,and he never talks to Taeyeon.He and Taeyeon are from different status in the school.He is the popular one ; she is the outsider one.
She cleared her throat before marching towards him.Baekhyun glanced at her and unlocked the door."Er...is your mother home?"she asked cautiously,she doesn't want to let him know that she was locked out of her own house.
"You can't go home?"Baekhyun asked,with an bothered expression.His eyebrows were creased on his forehead,which made him look even hotter than how he usually was.He is the guy who every guys wants to be and the guy who every girl wants to be with,so of course,he got the looks to have that kind of achievement.
"No.I just want to see if Aunty is-"Baekhyun ceased her from continuing her sentence."She's not home.I am going to be home alone today."he said.
"Oh.Then okay..."she said.Maybe I can try to walk back to school and maybe catch a bus somewhere to spend my four hours...
"Come in."he said as he stepped into his house."Ah?"she was confused.
"Do you want shelter or not?"he plastered an annoyed expression.Taeyeon glanced at him.Should I?Oh never mind,it's just four hours.
"Ne."she said and followed him in."Don't touch anything,I am going to my room."he said as he walked up the stairs.She nodded at him and looked around.Wow,so neat!Should I sit down?
She sat down on the sofa and heard the door upstairs open.Baekhyun came marching down the stairs in his casual clothes.He glanced at Taeyeon and asked,"Your mum sent you here?"
"Yes."she replied as her eyes followed him to the kitchen.After a few minutes,he came out with a plate of watermelon."It's so hot out there."he said as he switched on the air conditioner.
He then lied on the sofa and switched on ths tv.Taeyeon felt awkward sitting beside him.Her shoulders rolled behind with her back straight as a stick,she was sitting so formally,that she didn't dare to arch her back.
"What's wrong?"he asked after a few moments of silence."Hmm?"she turned her head to his direction.
"Don't worry,I won't bite."he said nonchalantly.He looked back a the tv and asked,"You can choose what you want to watch."he threw her the remote.
"It's fine watching whatever you are watching."she said as she glanced at the tv and realized that he was watching-Porn?!
He chuckled when he saw Taeyeon's expression.He purposely pressed a channel that he usually doesn't watch,it's actually his brother's secret channel.He tried to tease Taeyeon and it worked,she was blushing.
"Er...let's watch...Mnet then."she suggested as she tried to grab the remote,but he held the remote higher,out of her reach."I thought you say that it's fine watching whatever I am watching?"he asked.
