(Laurens pov)
"Right i think your ready to go home." The nurse says as she puts my notes down. " you are all checked over and alright and have a beautiful healthy baby."
"Thank you" i smile at her as i pass james to niall and he starts getting him changed into the clothes he disappeared earlier to go buy for him.
"Right this is the booklet of all your birth details" she hands me the booklet "i will be coming to see how you are getting on every 2 weeks for the next couple of months." She smiles to me and niall.
"Why.. Why do you need to do that! We are older enough to handle him." I can see niall is starting to get worried that the nurse thinks hes too childish and carefree as she knows him pretty well because of her daughter.
"Oh no dont worry niall, we have to cheek with everybody. Just to double cheek that you have a healthy baby."
"Oh okay sorry."
"Dont apologize a lot of people worry when i say that." She smiles and heads out.
"Stop worrying" i walk over to where niall is sitting on the bed finishing getting james dressed. "Well be fine. Wont we? Daddy has to stop worrying!" I say in a baby voice and i gently tickle james belly and look into his beautiful blue eyes which he gets off niall.
"Im not worrying i just dont want people to think that im not macho enough to look after a baby because im so carefree all the time."
"Oh dont think that baby." I say as niall sits james on his lap and i sit on his other lap rapping my arm around his neck and my other holding james up while niall holds his neck up. " nobody will think that niall. You will be a great dad. And people love you being carefree even me! Thats what we fans love about you, your care free and dont care about what people think or say! Your gonna be a very very great carefree daddy." I peek him on the lips.
"I love you loz."
"I love you too nialler!" I smile and kiss him on the cheek.
"My two little babies." He smiles looking at me then james.
"And my two crazy mofos." I rub nialls neck and stroke james cheek.
"Right ready?" Niall asks as i strap james in his car seat
"Yep all set." I lean down to james. "Are you ready to see your home, james" i stroke his cheek again. I cant stop stroking his cheek, its just soo soft like nialls! Its unbelievable how much he looks like niall, i cant find anything that he gets from me!
"Hes got nothing like me!" I stand up straight.
"What do you mean?" Niall comes and stands next to me.
"Like hes got your eyes, your nose, your lips, your soft cheeks!" I look up to niall with a sad face "what has he got off me."
"Haha hes got your sleeping habits for sure!" Yeah i love to sleep its so hard to get up in the morning, dont have a clue how im gonna do night shifts with james!
"Haha very funny! Hes a day old ovs hes gonna be sleeping all babies sleep when their first born!"
"Ture! Okay" he leans down and lies a blue banket that the hospital gave us over james body and starts tucking it in at the sides.
"Hes kinda got your nose if you look closely." He starts gently poking the end of james nose without waking him up " see youve got that wierd feeling to the end of your nose and so has james. Look come feel."
I kneel down next to niall and start gently poking james nose. "Oh yeah!" I smile and look toward niall " aren't i the luckest girl to have you"
"Yes. Yes you are." Niall laughs.
He kisses me gently on the lips.
"Ready to go home?"
"Yeah let's go." We both stand up. I grab my bag and the bag with james presents and changing things in and niall grabs the car seat james is in.
We walk out the hospital to see a big crowd of fans. Ovs nialls tweeted!
"OMG niall, lauren is that james?"
"Let us see, let us see!"
"Can we take a picture with you and james."
We got so many nice comments so we decided to let the fans get pictures with us and james. They were really sweet and didnt get too close, there wasnt one fan that went over the top. They were all really polite and let us have some space.
"Okay im so sorry my crazy mofos but we really need to get james home." Niall says politely to all our fans. "Well tweet pictures later, promise" we say goodbye to the fans and make our way to the car.
