"Babe..." I run down the stairs.
"Yeah im in the lounge with james."
I walk into the lounge to find niall sitting on the floor playing with james. I cant imagine a more cuter thing!
"whats u babe?" He looks up to me.
"I was thinking..." I sit on the arm of our three seat sofa. "james is nearly one so I was thinking we should throw him a party."
"Yeah that sounds good.. doesn't it little man." he tickles james tummy as he giggles. "So who will come?" he looks back up.
"Well the boys, some of my friends and family."
"Sounds good to me." He gives me his cheeky smile as he gets up from the floor comes over to me. "James is very lucky to have a mummy like you." he raps his arms around my waist as I rap m arms around his neck.
"Well... james has the best daddy." He laughs as he pulls me closer for a kiss.
I suddenly break the kiss when I feel a small hand touch my knee. When I look down I see james little face looking up at us giving us his cheeky smile just like his daddy. "Oh my god james, your standing." I get up from the sofa and grab james hands. I cant believe he has just walked for the very first time!!
"Wait..." Niall holds his arms out "let me get my phone so I can record it."
When niall gets back with his phone, I go one side of the lounge with james and niall goes the other to start recording.
"Ready babe?"
"Yep.." He presses the recording button "Come on james, come to daddy." and james lets go of my hands and starts to womble over to niall. As I watch him walk a tear drops down my cheek, I wipe it away as I look up to a smiling niall.
"Look at our boy lauren." He looks a me as he picks james up once he reaches him.
I look at him with both eyes teared up "I know, our little boy is growing up."
He comes over to me and raps one arm round my waist with james still in his other arm "I hope their happy tears" he pulls me in for a hug.
I put my arm around his waist and put my other around onto james back "Of course they are, im soo happy our little boy has walked for the first time, but the time is going so quick! It felt only yesterday he was born."
"Ha I know and tomorrow he will be going to school."
"haha I hope not. im not ready to let you go to other girls just yet." I tickle his tummy and put my hand back on his back."
"haha come here my babies." Niall pulls us both in for a hug. Another time I could stay in forever and ever!!!
