As Mark drove Seth, Bill and Cassandra away from the school in an SUV, Roy and Theodore followed in the other. As they pulled around the corner they found themselves on hill that they all stood on when they first found the high school. The only difference was this time the school was burning and the eaters had taken over. Roy wound down his window and shouted out to Bill "We gotta head Port Moore way, that road is safe!" At this point a red sedan pulled in behind the two SUVs. 

"Who the fuck is this?" Theodore asked Roy who said "I don't know, but we can't just assume they're friendly" Roy then held his hand at Bill giving him the signal to stay in the car and that Theodore and him would deal with whoever was in the red car. They got out the car with their guns in their hands and the eaters in the school got closer to the fence. Two men got out of the car. They both looked John's age. Roy recognized one of them. And this man whoever he was would have a serious bone to pick with Roy. It was Wallis O'Donald. "You?!" Wallis yelled out Roy. "You killed Lucas at that house near the lake didn't ya?! DIDN'T YA?!!" Wallis screamed as Roy said "And you attacked John Lewis' farm, tried to kill Reg Jackson and his daughters, you tried to kill some of my people!" There was then silence. Roy and Wallis gave each other the death stare. Just waiting for one of them to kill the other. "I don't know what the fuck happened between you two, but there are bigger problems right now! That fire is growing and the eaters are gonna take the fence down!" Theodore screamed. Robert then grabbed Wallis on the shoulder. "Just end it right now Wallis. Kill em both. Lets just go" Robert whispered into Wallis' ear. "No. No this depressed innocent man killing fuckers friends right. And so are you Robert. The fire and dead are coming. So, lets just end this" Wallis then said as he raised his gun at Roy and pulled the trigger. 

When the gun fired Theodore pushed Roy to the ground to stop the bullet from hitting him. He succeeded in this, but not both of them got out of this with no wounds. The bullet hit Theodore in the lower stomach. They both fell to the ground and when Roy sat up with his gun raised  he saw where Theodore had been shot and he knew that they needed to get help fast. The first thing that he needed to do was make sure the Wallis O'Donald and his new friend were taken care of for good. Roy pulled his trigger before Wallis got another chance to pull his but Roy's aim was off, as was his balance which cause the shot to miss. "Seth! Seth!" Roy yelled out needing help for Theodore. Seth came out shooting at Wallis and Robert as well. Not considering that none of the shots hit anything but the car which Teresa watched her son shot at people from, Wallis and Robert retreated to the car, but this was as far as they were going to retreat. Wallis wasn't going to run away from Roy again. he had worked with John Lewis, he worked with John Lewis the day that Lucas was killed. He did kill Lucas. Wallis wasn't just going to run away again and try to protect his mother and that be all he cared about. Wallis was going to avenge himself and Lucas. 

When Roy saw that Wallis and Robert got into the car he said urgently to Seth, "Get him into our car" then he yelled out to Mark "Mark! Mark! Drive, get the yell out of here!" Mark then put the SUV back into drive and drove away from this fight with all speed. Roy and Seth got Theodore into the backseat of the remaining car. "Stay in the back with him!" Roy said to Seth. Just as they both closed their doors Wallis started his car and drove at full speed towards Roy and Seth's car "FUCKING DRIVE ROY!!" Seth yelled as Roy started the car and sped away with Wallis and Robert chasing them. As the last two cars left the area the fence of the burning high school broke and the eaters began to follow the sound of the cars and the shooting that was coming from both of them. 

"Seth I need you shot at those assholes, try to hit the tires" Roy said to Seth but Seth hesitated. "What about Theodore?" He asked to which Roy responded "Just try to hit them man. If I get shot the car crashes"  Seth picked his pistol up and wound down the window to shot at Wallis and Robert as they passed a sign that read "Now leaving Everton. Come back soon!" Seth took three shots at Wallis and Robert but none were successful. "Shit Roy, I can't hit nothing when we're moving this fast!" Seth said to Roy. "Hows Theodore?" Roy asked. "He's bleeding bad" Seth said back. As Roberts shots got heavier and heavier, Roy and Seth both knew that Theodore's death could come much sooner than any of the group anticipated.
