I parked and ran through the double doors as fast as I could. I came in to see Kai feeding Anita. "Y'all alright?" I asked as I sat down next to Chase, Anita's fiancé. "I'm not my best but I'm living." Anita said as she shook her head. I looked at Kai as she tried to stay strong for everybody else. Tears were dropping from her eyes but she kept tending to Anita. I stood up and walked over to her. I pulled her up and hugged her. She immediately broke down and gripped the back of my shirt. "Just pray Kai." I whispered to her as I rubbed her back and tried to console her.

Dre passed away... And Andre was doing good. Andre was taking it hard that his father had passed and I was always there to console him when his mother couldn't handle. He was grieving hard, especially since his father was his bestfriend. I missed Dre, even though we had bad times he helped me with so much. "Ma!" Nana yelled as she reached for me. My little lady was a big baby now and she was very mobile. I picked her up and kissed her cheeks as she smiled and put her hands in her mouth. She babbled and made a lot of noise as I carried her to the kitchen. It was late and I was home alone with the babies; AJ was out running his usual errands. Naithan opted for sleep an hour ago and he wouldn't be up until tomorrow morning. I was so tired, so I made her a good warm bottle. After checking if the temperature was okay, I handed her the bottle and she went to work on it. I walked up the stairs and got in the bed while holding her. I laid back on the headboard and held her so she could drink comfortably. After a while, she started squeezing her hand and her eyes dropped. I took the bottle from her and burped her good, before rubbing her back and rocking her. After a couple minutes she was out cold with her mouth open. I got up slowly and went to their room to lay her down. After making sure that they both were okay, I left the door ajar and got back in my bed.
I knocked out cold after a couple of minutes.

I walked in the house and all the lights were off except the kitchen. I made my way in there, and Kaila had left a note saying that there was food in the microwave. I quickly warmed that up and sat on the counter. I took the plate out of the microwave and started to eat.
After finishing that, I cut off the light and headed to my room. Kaila was sleeping on her stomach and she was lightly snoring. Then, took my clothes off and headed into the bathroom for a quick shower.
After getting out, I threw on boxers and sweats before laying next to her and turning her back into me. "Where you been?" She mumbled. I sighed and closed my eyes. "I been running errands all day." I said adjusting myself. "No you wasn't. I called King and he said you was done. And errands don't start until six thirty or seven o'clock. Stop lying to me." She huffed as she moved my hand. "Kaila I told you what I was doing. What more do you want?" I said sitting up as she got out of the bed. "Time, attention, and some support. Damn. I bust my ass between this studio and our kids everyday. I dance my heart out all day. Be damn near dead with no energy, then I come home and do whatever your babies need at the moment. You throw yourself into so much work that we barely see you." She said tapping her foot and crossing her arms. "So is that why you been taking birth control? Thought I ain't know?" I said looking at her. "Yes that is why. We can't have any more kids right now. We don't have the time." She said waving me off. "Oh really?" I said getting out of the bed. "Yes AJ! We had a meeting with the wedding planner today and I had to show up alone. Work and whatever else you were doing is more important to you and it clearly comes first. I get it. I won't stress it. Goodnight." She said before grabbing her pillow and leaving out of the room.
"Fuck!" I yelled lowly.
