Meeting Someone New (Toby McDonough/Before You Exit Love Story)

Chapter 10

*Anna's POV*

I couldn't believe it. Cameron just kissed me. Five feet away from Toby! I pushed back instantly.

I ran back onto the tour bus. I saw Riley and Connor have angry looks and fists. "Guys, don't hurt him..." I mumbled. Their faces softened.

I went into the room I shared with Toby. As soon as I got in I locked it and just cried my heart out. My head on my knees, rocking back and fourth. How could this happen? And now?

I looked up after five minutes, trying to calm myself down. I look around the little room. He made it personal. It was coz- WAIT! Hold the fuck up!

I saw a picture of a girl. And him. MAKING OUT?! And she was around his age. This wasn't photoshopped I could tell. I was heart broken. As soon as I felt the bus move I went to Connor.

I rested my head on Connor's shoulder. Then Toby came in. I could tell he didn't want to talk. He just went into the back room.

"Connor?" I asked softly. "Yes, baby girl?" He laughed. I was just like the little sister they never got. "Take me to my Aunt's. I don't want to be on the bus tonight." I whispered.

I knew Toby couldn't hear me, but it felt like it. I gave Connor the address. He then got up and gave it to the bus driver. As he was walking back, him and Riley gave each other strange glances. I quickly shrugged it off.

I walk into my shared room. Toby is there. Asleep. I quickly pack everything and start walking out until something grabs my wrist.

I screamed. I didn't think it was Toby. It scare the living light out of me. "And where are YOU, going tonight?" Toby questioned. "My Aunt's!" I relied harshly, yanking my arm away. I walked out. Within 15 minutes we got there.

I hugged everyone, but the sleeping Toby. I didn't want to get near him. I got to the door and rang the doorbell.

My cousin opened the door. I waved to the boys and walked in. "What are you doing here?" Nick questioned. "What, big cousin can't stay with little cousin?" I teased him.

He laughed and help me bring my stuff up stairs. Then I saw my Aunt Sue. "Hey Sue!" I said as I hugged her. She was about to go to work. She's a nurse. She hugged me and went on her way.

Then once Sue finally left Nick talked. "Anna, tell me the REAL reason why you're here..." I didn't know what to do. I guess I could tell him the truth.

"Toby... I saw a picture of him kissing another girl... It wasn't photoshopped and it was recent." I said, almost in tears again. Nick clenched his fist. I giggled. "Don't bother trying to hurt him. I know you can't."

He then unclenched his fist. Then my phone goes off. It was Toby. "I'll be back." I told Nick. I then walked into my room and locked the door.

I answered my phone. "Hello?" I said quietly. "ANNA? Babe, where the hell are you?! Connor and Riley told me you left. Why? They won't let me go back to get you. Are you with Mark an Cameron?" He asked worriedly.

I couldn't take this. I was in tears already. "Toby, just for get me..." I started. A tear slid down my face towards my lips. "I hope you have fun on tour." I finished. I quickly hung up and put my phone on mute incase if he called or texted.

I went into the bathroom in my room and splashed water on my face. I went out of the room to Nick who was gawking over Selena Gomez. Gosh, u was annoyed if her.

"So who was it?" Nick asked. "Oh, just Hana. She wanted to know where I was and all." I smiled trying to make the lie get through. Nick smiled as well and continued to look at Selena.

I got out my phone. 17 missed calls and 38 new texts. All from Toby. I ignored them. I went onto Instagram. More followers! Yay! Then I got Nick to take a picture with me. I put it up and hashtagged: #favecousin. Then u quickly got a like. It was Toby.

Then he FaceTimed me. I put in my earbuds and told Nick goodnight. I went into my bed. I was scared to answer Toby. But I knew I should have.

I answered it. And that's when...
