Hey, they say, to yourself be true,

Yet they sneer no matter what you do.

Coffee, clothing, books, or games,

Everything you do, they will shame.

Self expression in tones and shades,

But the joys for that will fade,

When they repeatedly call you fake,

When your self-esteem they break.

Hiding back in fanatic worlds,

They rip away another pearl,

You're a nerd, you're secluded,

You'll never be included,

Video games and types of sport?

You're still just another sort,

Someone who wants attention,

Another type of convention.

It doesn't matter in the end,

They just want you to break and bend,

So stand up for what you think is right.

No other way but to stay and fight.
