The moon loved the sun,
But it'll never matter,
No matter how they run,
Hopes were made to shatter.
It seems they share the sky,
From an Earth-d point of view,
But we tend to oversimplify,
Tend to forget what's really true.
The moon loved the sun,
But he's just a ball of fire,
Their chances are simply none,
Come to terms to just admire.
Because by so many miles they are parted,
And anything more ends broken-hearted.
