An ocean of sunlight, a sky of gold,
The water stained red but still so cold.
Orange dripping from stones and leaves.
The beauty beyond belief.
The shadows creep from stone rows,
The sky shaded vibrantly rainbow.
The darkness only adds to the beauty,
Shading the blank continuity.
And at last, rose the shimmer of stars,
Each so beautiful and so very far.
A splatter of light in the blueish dark,
Each a gentle yet insistent spark.
