CHAPTER ELEVEN <3

We boarded the plane, greeting the attendants on the way in. Pattie managed to get us first class seats luckily, so we had a choice on where to sit. Justin immediately went for a velvet purple chair, stocked up with a mini fridge, tv, and game system. I took the one next to him, a lime green version, so Pattie took the one behind us.

"This is sweet!" Justin cheered, leaning his head on his arms, as if sunbathing.

I had to agree, as I flipped through almost every single channel ever created. I browsed through a few films as well, until I found the one I wanted. Stormbreaker. Perfect. Justin eyes my screen, moaning when he sees Alex Pettyfer's face flash up.

"What is it with you and that guy?"

I gasp, not believing what I'm hearing.

"Well excuse me, one, that is not just 'some guy', it's the Alex Pettyfer. And two. He is a beautiful human being. That's what is with it." I then give him a little 'hmph' expression before putting my headphones on, replace the angelic voice of Alex to dampen out Bieber's.

But as soon as I have put them in, the safety briefing has flashed up on the screen, interrupting my love fest with my British love god. After about 5 minutes of it babbling on about seat-belts. (yes, I have listened to it all before, don't worry.) I can now return to my film.

During the flight, we are given complimentary drinks and a bagel. I sip my coke whilst I bite into my ham sandwich, watching the action in front of my eyes as Alex kicks another man in the face. KAPOW! Wow. He is so dreamy. Oh wait. Yes. I like Austin don't I?

Well.. I guess a small crush on a celebrity can't hurt can it? I look to my right to see what Justin's watching. He seems to be playing a game of Grand Theft Auto, hijacking cars and beating up people. I roll my eyes. Boys theses days.

The film has finished, Alex Rider has managed to save the day (oops, spoilers!) and I'm in a fantastic mood. I have to lean towards Justin to see out of the window. Just clouds, loads and loads of clouds. Hmm.

Out of the corner of my eye, I see a notebook poking out of his bag. Checking to make sure his eyes are still transfixed by the screen in front of him, I slip it out and over to my side, carefully opening it. It seems to be a lyric book. I flip through the pages:

Down to Earth

One Time

Common Denominator

One Less Lonely Girl

...

Hold on. I squint at the last one. I've never seen that one before. I start to read a few lyrics.

"Don't need these other pretty faces like I need you,

and when you're mine in this world.

They'll be one less lonely girl."

Aww. This is cute. WAIT. I think back to last week, when Justin showed me the magazine article.

"I can tell you the initials: O L L G."

One Less Lonely Girl.

Instantly, I feel guilty. But luckily he hasn't noticed as I slide it back into his open backpack. If it's meant to be a secret, i better keep it to myself that I know. But at least I don't know the tune, as I'd probably start humming it in front of him or something stupid.

"Ash, what're you doing?"

I realise I'm still bent over. I pretend to struggle with my laces.

"I just...realised...my shoe was untied. Can't be tripping now can I. Hahaha." I laugh nervously, hoping he can't hear it waver.
