~Just after the movie~
After the movie, August and I walked out, laughing our heads off. "Nick was just like 'Judy no!' And Judy just jumps up and bonks him on the head, just like 'Nah bitch I do what I want ima bunny cop!'" We exploded into more laughing fits as I checked my watch, scratching the back of my neck. My hair was in a messy bun, so my neck was exposed. I sighed. "Jeez, already 10:30?" August checked his phone. "Yeah I guess." He looked at me and smirked, holding his hand out. I grabbed it and we ran to his car. When we got there, opening the doors and plopping into the seats, we started laughing again. August suddenly stopped and looked at me with his sparkling chocolate brown eyes. He started to lean forward a bit, but decided against it. I have to say, I was kinda disappointed, but meh, whatever. I turned towards the front of the car, sighing. Maybe August didn't like me. After all, he looks like a god and I'm just like a horse with its face all jacked up. I stared out the window, humming my favorite song, 'Ignorance' by Paramore. August chuckled, catching me off guard. "Why don't you just sing? I'd love to hear your voice." I cleared my throat and decided to sing 'Kiss it all better' by He is We.

"He sits in his cell, and he lays on his bed, covers his head, and closes his eyes. He sees a smoking gun, and the coward he ran, and in his arms was the bleeding, love of his life, and she cried 'Kiss it all better, I'm not ready, to go. It's not your fault love, you, didn't know, you didn't know.'

I sighed, looking at August. His mouth was agape, and he looked like he'd just seen a really pretty girl. He glanced over at me, wide eyed. "You're really good!" I snickered. "No I'm not, you're just saying that." He stopped the car in the parking lot to the school, turning towards me and grabbing my hands. "You're really, really good, Ray. Hell, if I could sing like that, I'd have no shame in admitting it." I sighed dreamily. "You're such a nice guy, August. I love that about you." He smirked. "So does that mean you love me~?" He asked, messing around with me. I snorted.
"Maybe it does, Jones~"
