It spread like wildfire that we were getting married. We wanted our wedding to be in the summer months since Hic and I both love that. Now it's been a little over 3 months since he proposed and we're still planning for it all. So far we've decided to have it outside in a clearing in the woods. That's about as far as we've gotten with planning. Alot of our "planning" has been me and Hiccup in toothless' cove doing nothing but playing around and pushing each other into the lake. Today. The first day of spring, Hic and I sit at the edge of the pond our shoes long forgotten, and our feet in to water. Hiccup puts his arm around my shoulders and pulls me toward him as he takes my hand with the engagement ring on it and he plays with it. He kisses my head after a while of us just sitting and not talking.

"Do you think it will be scary? You know all of Berk watching the dragon conquer and fearless Astrid hofferson standing in front of the whole village about to be a Haddock forever.."

He asks as I lay my legs over his lap and wrap my arms around his neck. " I smirk meeting his beautiful green eyes. And braiding his russet hair from where my hands rested on his neck. " no" "no? Your aren't the smallest bit scared?" He asks laughing slightly. " no I'm not because I'm marrying the man who beat the red death and is future chief if Berk... Plus I love you so much that when I'm with you no one else seems to matter it's just me and you... And that's all I'll notice then...just me and you" he smiles brushing a strand of hair away from my eyes. "How did I manage to get so lucky?" He asks while his hand cups my cheek. "I don't know maybe it's the way you trained dragons or maybe it was all those years of watching you as a little blacksmith, admiring the muscle that's now visible when you wear your tunic alone...or maybe it's just the way you were willing to die...for all of us....or maybe because you are very very attractive" I smirk at the last part and he laughs biting his lip and striking a pose. " I'm gonna go with ' because you're a hot hero'" I laugh at him and kiss his cheek. " that too chief" he puts a finger under my chin and brings his lips to mine. "I love you " he whispers against my lips. "I love you more..."
He smiles and kisses me again.
"Mm" i put my hand against his armored chest and push him away a little before slowly pushing him on his back as I whisper in his ear " can I just say....its a huge turn on when you kiss me for once..." Now I have him on the ground and I'm straddling him. "Hiccup" hic and I both turn to the person that is standing to our right. "Heather?" I ask looking at her in shock. Hic, now balancing on his elbows gasps at the person who follows. "Daugur?!" By now I moved off of hiccup and he was sitting up as we both stared at the two people we haven't seen in 2years. Hiccup stands and offers me a hand. " w-what are you two doing here?" He asks scratching his neck. "Well hiccup I convinced daugur that if he didnt try to kill you it your friends again, we could Alli with Berk and we could come to find get some supplies we are running short on. I thought you wouldn't mind" hic and I shared a look. He was silent for a while until I nudged him. " uh sure. Yeah we- I,am okay with it" Heather smiled. " great we'll get the things we need and leave." Heather says smiling pleasantly at daugur then at us. Daugur who was staring at the ground continued to look down, deep in thought. Heather nudged him and he only glanced up once....right at hiccup.... Heather gave up trying to get his attention and smiled at me. "looks like its time for these two to finally settle things. would you mind helping me?" i glanced at hiccup and then at daugur then hesitantly answered finally meeting her gaze. "um. yes. yeah." i answered a little too quickly. Heather smiled and looked around a little. " Berk has changed alot. wow. Its beautiful" i smiled and before i knew it, Heather and I were walking into town...... leaving Hiccup alone.....with Daugur.....
