Monday unfortunately came.

I dreaded this day. Not just because of the long hours, but because Asking Alexandria may or may not still be in the hotel.

I also felt extremely guilty every time I dropped Matty off at my mom and dads house. One day they're gonna get tired of it. I really need a qualified babysitter. I hate bothering my mother.

I was currently sticking some dirty sheets in the washing machines, taking as long as possible before I had to make my way back upstairs.

Denis had truly pissed me off on Saturday. I've been getting follow requests on almost all my social media accounts by fake usernames, obviously Denis trying to contact me.

It's not that I'm keeping him away from Matty in spite. Which I will admit that does add in to the reason. But, I simply do not want that negativity in my child's life.

He told me changed the last time, and look how that ended, badly.

I don't want someone to come in and out of Mattys life. It's unhealthy.

Truth is, Denis was never going to change. It's easy to say you've matured, but at the end of the day actions speak louder than words.

I've been worrying like crazy ever since the day I found out he was here.

It's not jealousy because of Dasha. I have had boyfriends since the break up.  Denis is obviously allowed to date whoever he pleases, but his child should always come first.

The feelings I had were gone. Two years is a lot of time, it took a lot to get over him.

"Lana you're being so quiet today." Jenna groaned as she strolled into the room with a basket full of sheets.

"Really?" I chuckled. "I'm just exhausted."

She raised a brow, crouching down beside me as she loaded the machine.

"Are you sure?"

I nodded. "Just family troubles, that's all."

"I hope you don't mind me asking, but I was on Twitter, and I noticed a tweet some girl posted." She began. "It said something about Denis Shaforostov being the father of your child."

My eyes widened.

"Where did you see that?"

She swiftly pulled out her phone and searched for a bit before showing me.

'I just met Lana Liska in the mall omg😭 Matty (Denis Stoffs son) is ADORABLE.'

"Oh fuck" I groaned. "Well yeah, unfortunately he is."

Her eyes widened as she gasped. "You're so lucky, he's hot."

"Attractive but an absolute asshole." I mumbled.

"Really? He just seems quiet."

"Yeah, really. He's so stuck up Jenna I swear. Not the type of person you want around." I admitted.

"Well," she sighed. "Small world, huh?"

I nodded and chuckled lightly. "Definitely. Do you uh, do you know if they're still in the hotel?"

"Yeah they are. They booked out a whole two weeks, how can they even afford this shít hole." She groaned.

Great.

I finally finished loading the machine before I turned it on and continued on with my duties.

When I approached the main hall I seen the familiar five bodies that I've been avoiding all this time.

I wanted to scream. Why am I so idiotic, why do they keep showing up everywhere?

It didn't take long for James to notice me when I was trying to hide whilst speaking to Rose.

"Lana!" He called, trying to usher me over.

I shook my head and continued talking to Rose.

"What's that all about? Do you know those guys personally?!" She gasped. "That's AA!"

I nodded and groaned. "I do not wanna speak to them right now."

I could literally feel Denis's eyes burning into me. I wanted him to go away. I like it here without him.

I continued conversing with Rose until she looked behind me wide eyed.

"What?" I whispered.

She pointed and told me to turn around.

I shook my head fastly.

Hell no! Leave me alone for fucksake. Does this guy not get the point?

I spun around. Face to face again with the man I hate.

"I'm working." I spat.

"So? I told you already-"

"So go."

"I'm staying here, I can't really leave." He smirked.

I literally wanted to punch him in the face.

"Then why don't you go upstairs!" I scoffed.

"I don't want to."

"Well you should."

"Well I shouldn't."

Oh my god.

"Do I really have to get a restraining order to get you the fuck out of my life!" I yelled in a slight whisper.

He shrugged. "Be my guest."

"Fuck off."

"You fuck off."

"I'm working idiot!"

"I'm a guest, idiot!"

"If you don't shut the fuck up I can literally call the manager, you want that to happen? Then you and your little band can't stay anywhere near here you fucking ass." I spat.

I was being so rude. Did I care? No.

He looked shocked by my words. The old Lana would coward away and take his shit.

Not anymore.

"Yeah- whatever." He muttered.

"Bye?" I scoffed. "I told you already I don't want you around me!"

"Whatever Lana." He groaned before storming off. The guys following after him like a bunch of teen girls ready for some juicy gossip.

"Well." Rose giggled. "Guessing you guys know each other?"

I chuckled. "So sorry about that, and yeah. Unfortunately. But as you can see, I dislike him quite a lot."

"Why?"

Did I really want to tell yet another person?

"He's my kids dad." I admitted.

"Oh my god, no freaking way." She gasped.

I nodded. "He's not around though. I don't mind."

"What an asshole. I officially hate him, God." Rose groaned.

I chuckled. "Me too."
