Friday nights in the hotel were always chilled.

There wasn't as much cleaning to do as most of the rooms were occupied, leaving me to have chill time.

By chill time I mean sit at the top floor with Bailey again. Looking out for the occasional staff member.

Denis hasn't tried to speak to me since the incident. All though he is mostly always in the same room as me, it's annoying. I can always feel him watching even when he's not there.

"How many hours you got left?" Bailey asked.

I checked my phone, 8pm.

"Two, thank god. How about you?"

"Lucky, I'm in until 3 tonight. Yay." She groaned.

"I would not be able for that. Gross" I said, leaning against the wall as I scrolled through my boring Twitter feed.

"Well, I have to meet up with Anna downstairs." She sighed. "Some stupid staff meeting for the bottom floor."

We exchanged goodbyes before she left, leaving me to nosy on my phone by myself.

I was so done with working. I envy people who were born into extremely rich families who pay for everything.

I looked up to see if I could see anyone. My eyes darted towards the end of the corridor.

Of course. Of fucking course.

I tutted. The only way I can leave is if I walk in the same direction as him seeing as I'm at the dead end.

I decided to continue going through my phone, praying that he takes a swift turn and gets into the elevator.

"You can't ignore me forever."

I groaned, throwing my head against the wall.

"Yes I can." I defended.

"Then why aren't you ignoring me right now?"

I tutted, rolling my eyes. Ignoring his last statement.

"Fucking speak to me Lana." He said, frustration evident within his tone of voice.

"No Denis, God. Don't you get it? I hate you!" I spat.

He looked genuinely hurt, which angered me even more.

"Ben was right. You have changed."

"Ha!" I laughed. "I wonder why?"

"Look." He groaned, "I was young and stupid."

"It's only been two years don't try that shit with me. Truth is, you found your glorious little Dasha. Realised your son Matty was just nothing compared to your whore and then left!"

He groaned again. "Once again, she is not a whore. Second of all, Dasha and I aren't exactly with each other anymore, well we are. It's complicated."

"I didn't really ask." I shrugged. I am so rude yet I do not care.

"My god." He sighed angrily, "listen to this. You and I talk. Now. Or, I'll send a little complaint to your boss about catching a staff member hiding up here on their phone!"

"Go ahead. I'll call her myself if you want me to?" I said quite sassily. "Anna?!"

I knew quite well she wouldn't hear me.

"Do not think I'm going to take your persuasive ass attitude." I said quite clearly.

"I just want to talk about Matty. I miss him." He said.

"You miss him now because things aren't working out in your relationship? That is petty, Denis."

"No!" He yelled in frustration. "I've missed him since the day I left. You think it's easy having no communication whatsoever? I deserve to watch him grow too! Fair enough, I haven't been there I'll admit that. But every time I tried, I couldn't. You have me blocked on absolutely everything, moved houses and completely ignored me."

"I don't want Matty around you. You're rude, stubborn, always have to be right, mean and just an absolute ass. I'm sick of trying with you, why do you think I haven't spoke to you?! I truly do not want to."

"Well I want to speak to you, Lana. We have a child. Stop being so rude for one god damn minute and talk sense!"

"I'm not rude. Im telling the truth. Everyone knows what you're like Denis. I fucking loath you." I spat. "So I'd advise you to stop talking to me right now."

His eyes widened, before he frowned.

"You don't hate me."

"Oh trust me. I do. You need to stop thinking the world revolves around you! Not everyone's gonna like you. Especially me." I stated, trying my best to remain calm and collected.

"Again," He said, clenching his jaw. "You don't hate me."

"Oh fuck off. I'm working." I yelled. Pushing him away from me and walking off.

"I'll see you in court." He shouted.

I turned around, "excuse me?"

"I'll see you in court." He stated again. "You don't want to let me see my child? Let's see what they think about that."

"Try me. I dare you honey." I said, pointing my finger at him. "I have so much facts. I have the truth. Let's see what the courts think about that."

"Let go of that stupid grudge Lana. Grow the fuck up."

"You grow the fuck up and stop following me everywhere!" I defended.

"I'll stop following you when you allow me to see Matty!"

I rubbed my temples and sighed. Frowning greatly, "If you want to see Matty. Then you can meet him for ten minutes tomorrow. I have to be around too."

His eyes lit up. "Fine. Where?"

Not my house anyways, he cannot know where I live.

"The park."

"Why can't I meet him indoors?" He asked. "The park is a bit public don't you think."

I groaned. "I don't care."

"Are you afraid to tell me where you live now?" He challenged.

"No." I lied. "I just don't want you in my house."

"I just want to be able to see Matty for ten fucking minutes. God, just tell me."

I walked over and snatched his phone, putting my address in.

"You show up with anyone else and ill never let you see Matty again." I spat before storming off.
