You and Veera have become somewhat close over the month you've lived in this house. He's been telling you about the stuff he's encountered over the years. Apparently, he can fight ghosts, like hand-to-hand combat, because he's a Naga and only because he's a Naga. He wouldn't be able to do that otherwise. It's interesting to hear how he's slowly getting over his fear of monsters and ghosts. Very, very slowly.

You're currently in the garden talking with Veera.

"What's the craziest thing you've ever dealt with?" You ask him.

"I'd say it was when there was a ghost here ana," he answers. "She was delirious and convinced that the ones who murdered her were here when the building had been empty for years. She was freshly dead, which is why she was certain her murderers were still here ana. I had to tell her that she was wrong and that this place was empty and scheduled for renovations. But this was long before you and your family came here ana."

"...Well, time to round up all the salt in the house," you say as you stand up from your seat.

He's confused by your sudden remark. "Huh?"

"I've seen enough Supernatural to know where this is going. We're gonna need salt, iron, holy water, possibly holy oil, silver, Molotovs and a lighter."

"Why?"

"Because I guarantee you it's gonna come back."

He starts acting scared, but he's not acting. "Wh-what makes you so sure?"

"Because the way you said you got her to go away was way too easy. She's gonna come back and she's gonna be pissed off and we need to prepare for it." You start back into the house before he can say anything. He just follows you inside. You enter the kitchen and find the big bag of salt you use to refill the salt shakers. You salt line every entrance in the house and you arm yourself with your iron fire poker from your fireplace.

They're called fire pokers, right? You remember hearing them being called just regular pokers before, but are they called fire pokers? Anyway, you also find an iron pipe in the basement and give it to Veera. Your parents are out and they won't be back for a while, so there's one less thing to worry about.

Now we play the waiting game.

"How do you know she'll comeback tonight?" Veera asks you.

"I don't," you answer. "But better safe than sorry."

The two of you start patrolling the house to see if you can find anything unusual. You're walking through the living room. The lights start flickering and you walk into a cold spot. You stop in your tracks. Oh god, you think, it's inside. How'd it get in here? We salt lined every entrance! It must've gotten in here before I started setting everything up. You grip your fire poker, looking for the ghost. The ghost appears as a ragged woman wearing a torn dress covered in mud and blood.

"There you are," she says in a raspy voice.

You swing your fire poker at her. She disappears, but not for long. The ghost restrains you and slaps the poker from your hand.

"Yooou shaaaall paaaay," says the ghost in your ear, then starts choking you. You try to fight it, but she's too strong for you. It feels like you're being strangled.

"Get away from (Name!)" yells Veera, then you hear a thud and you can suddenly breathe again. You hold your neck and it feels like you've been strangled too. You turn around to look at Veera. He sends the ghost flying across the room. She skids to a halt and glares at him, then lunges. He swings his iron pipe at the ghost, who immediately disappears and reappears behind him. She kicks the back of his knees and he falls to the floor. She then stomps on his wrist which has the pipe wielded. He lets go of the pipe and she throws him across the room.

"You will pay for murdering me!" The ghost screeches at you.

"I didn't kill you!" You yell back.

"Silence!" She yells as she slams you against the wall and lifts you off the ground. You can't move, no matter how hard you try. She then returns her attention to Veera, who's getting up and looking at her with an angry expression. You've never seen Veera angry before.

He charges at the ghost, who tries to slam him against the wall with ghost powers, but fails because Naga powers trumps ghost powers. He tackles her to the ground and holds her down by her shoulders. He holds his forehead against hers and she stops struggling against him for a little bit. Then she just disappears again.

You can move again and fall back down to the floor with a thud, landing on your butt. Veera quickly turns his attention to you and runs over to you. He kneels down to you and looks you over with a worried expression.

"Are you okay?" He asks.

"Yeah, I'm fine," you answer.

His expression is replaced with a relieved one with a little smile, then he pulls you into a tight embrace, which surprised you a little. "I was so scared." He tightens his grip slightly. "I thought I was gonna loose you, ana."

You smile a little, happy that he was worried about you, and return the hug. "I'm glad you're okay too, Veera."

Once he was ready to let go of you, you two release each other and he helps you stand up.

"What'd you do to the ghost anyway?"

"I showed her my memories. I know that nobody was ever murdered here and now she knows that too ana. She's gone now and she won't come back."

You two clean up all the salt, since you don't need it at the present moment, and clean up all the stuff the ghost messed up also. Then you two hang out in the living room until the two of you fall asleep on the couch, leaning on each other.

Your parents come home soon after you two fall asleep and find you two there. Your parents know about Veera and they just leave you two there to sleep away because they think the two of you look adorable like that.

I made up the part about the ability to punch ghosts and all that, in case it wasn't obvious. Also the showing the ghost his memories part.
