The Hunters But Not

"This is bad Scott, very bad" Chris said.

Scott was on the phone, telling Chris what had happened.

"It is, you know these hunters?" Scott asked.

"Unfortunantly" Chris muttered, sounding extreamly worried.

Scott felt dread, Derek stood next to him, listerning.

"The thing is Scott, they don't hunt werewolves, they hunt much higher food on the food chains. They hunt gods"

Scott spluttered "What?"

"Gods, there isn't-" Derek started.

Scott sshhed him.

"What do you mean gods?" Scott asked, his eyes wide.

Chris sighed as he said "They're supernatural. Pagen gods are real, though they have reduced in power because people don't give them sacrifices anymore. However most of them are still out there, trying to look for ways to gain power. The hunters you described to me make sure that doesn't happen and they hunt any supernatural that goes out of control. Good news they won't be after you, bad news it means there is probably a pagen god in town and extreamly dangerous for us"

"How dangerous?" Scott asked slowly.

"Deadly. Be wary Scott" Chris said, then he hung up.

"What? You can't-" Scott started then groaned.

"This is bad Scott" Derek muttered.

"You don't think I don't know that!" Scott snapped.

Derek shook his head as he said "That's not what I mean"

Scott shook his head "I don't und-"

"I know about these type of hunters. They're powerful. And sure their main hunt is gods but they also hunt anything that is out of control or has been out of control"

Scott gulped "You mean-"

"If they find out about what happened with you or you get out of control again, they have no mercy, you are dead Scott" Derek said.

Later at night, Stiles Stilinski wakes up, holding back a scream.

He doesn't remember his dream apart from something...

Apart from whispers...

Whispers he could still hear.
