29 - caught

"I'm just going to get ready for the pool I'll see you in a bit." I told Ash, getting up from the breakfast table.

"Okay babe, meet us by the pool in let's say an hour?" He asked, looking at his watch.
"Sure." I replied, kissing his cheek. I started the walk back to the hotel room when I heard someone call my name.
"Ava wait up." Calum huffed behind me.
"Hey calpal, what ya doing?"
"Coming to your room with you." He stated.
"Why?"
"Think we should talk. Haven't really talked in a while."
"Hmm." I said as a sort of reply while trying to unlock the hotel room. The door finally swung open and I headed inside. Cal stood hesitantly by the door.

"You can come in you know." I told him and he just nodded, his hands in his pockets.

"I'm just gonna get dressed." I said, picking up a black feathery bikini and a pair of white high waisted shorts.

I locked myself in the bathroom and I could hear Calum muttering to himself making me laugh a little.

When I thought I looked at least half decent after filling in my eyebrows and putting on some water proof mascara I decided to go back to Cal.

"Cal where are you?" I called when I didn't see him in the room.

"Out here." He shouted from the balcony area. He turned around to face me and his jaw dropped.

"What?! Do I look that bad! Oh my god I'll go change." I started but he held onto my wrist.

"No. You look beautiful. Don't ever think your not."

"Cal?" He looked at me, moving closer, his breathing getting hitched. His eyes asked me permission and before I knew it his lips had smashed into mine and I found myself kissing back. I moaned into the kiss and he ran his tongue across my bottom lip, asking for entrance. I happily let him.

"Ava? OH MY GOD!" Luke screamed, suddenly appearing next to me. Me and Cal sprang apart, guilt evident on our faces.

"It's not what it looks like!" Me and Calum both burst out at the same time.

"You. Both. Ugh!" Luke exclaimed. He looked confused, chewing on his lip ring.

"Your with Ashton Ava." He finally said.

"Not technically. We've been on two dates and he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend."

"Oh then this is obviously okay though." He said sarcastically rolling his eyes.

"Luke shut up." Calum spat at him.

"You two disgrace me!" Luke shouted, throwing himself face first onto the bed.

"Calum can you leave?" I whispered to Calum and he nodded, leaving through the balcony area.

"Luke.."
"Don't talk to me Ava."
"Luke."
"I said don't talk to me."
"LUCAS ROBERT HEMMINGS YOU WILL LISTEN TO ME OKAY?"
Luke shot up quickly and nodded.
"Don't use my full name.. It scares me." He murmured quietly, making me laugh.
"Okay Luke. What you just saw was a mistake, I had mixed feelings and I kissed Cal. I regretted it immediately and it will never happen again. I like Ashton a lot and I guess I'm a little hurt he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet."
"You promise it won't happen again?"
"I promise Lucas."
"Good." He smiled pulling me into a hug which I returned gratefully.

"Right.. You ready for the pool?"
"Stupid question! Of course I am." Luke screams over enthusiastically.

"Come on then."
