What if the whole "Vik is a pedophile" joke were a throwback to when Vik wasn't legal yet, but the rest of the sidemen were. (It's not too too weird because they'd still be around the same age) They use the joke as a kind of ironic way to remember their... Sexual adventures, but maybe reminding them makes them want to try it again.
