So we all know the general school stereotypes used in fanfiction. We see all of those trending books that are called "The Nerd and the Bad Boy" or some shrimp like that, and your usual Jocks, Queen Bees, Nerds, Geeks, and Bad-Boys are all well and good, but there's one type of person at school who I have never ever seen in a fanfiction.

There's always that one boy at school. He acts extremely gay, but you're never actually 100% sure he is. He's friends with everyone, and really really smart. If you sit next to him, you will feel like you've been gifted every time he talks to you, and if you move seats, you'll feel jealous of everyone else who's talking to him. Even if you've only talked once, he feels like your best friend when he's talking to you. He talks in a Miranda Sings voice a lot, and laughs loudly and has a huge smile.

Do you know the person I'm talking about? Maybe it's just the schools I've been to XD

Anyway I feel like this is such a funny character to put in a fanfic, because he has no sense of boundaries. He's the kind of person who will slide his foot up onto your desk to show you his shoes, or get really close to you while pretending to be seductive.

So picture that kind of person as 1/2 of your otp, and have the other half be the poor kid who is assigned to sit next to him. Hopelessly awkward, but desperately in love with the first character.

The question is, how do you get someone who notices everyone to notice you?
