Every day, after Vik takes a shower, he writes things in the fogged up mirror. Perhaps he writes a story, or his own insecurities, or the struggles of unrequited love. Maybe he even draws pictures.
Now, Vik assumes as the room empties, the words of pictures fade, but that's not quite true. The trouble with writing on a mirror is that if the room fogs up again, the images reappear. (Science man.)
Every day, Vik writes, and every day, Josh takes a shower right afterwards, and sees the words appear on the glass. How does he react to his housemates statements or pictures? Does he confront him? Write messages back?
Alternative: to make this a funny one shot, have Josh not realize it's Vik leaving the notes, so he just assumes some ghost or horcrux is trying to communicate with him. XD
