Vik always seems like the sideman who all of the others would tell their secrets, their crushes to. He's equally close to all of them, where as if they told Simon, Per Se, he would, naturally, tell JJ, and the same went for Josh and Tobi. (Ethan and Harry just can't keep a secret for their lives) what happens when everyone lets Vik in on their darkest secrets. Does he ship it like a madman? Or does his crush tell him that he's into one of the other sidemen. Or maybe everyone has a crush on different people (like Josh likes Simon who likes Ethan who likes Tobi who likes Harry who likes JJ... You get the deal) and they all end up dating.
Suggestion: what if all he sidemen tell him they like one of the sidemen but don't tell him which one, and he tries to puzzle it out and realises they all like him...
