HI LOVELIES!! I have one week until the start of spring break and everyone else is already on /had their spring break already. Either way, I hope to have at least 1 or 2 more updates for you after this one in the upcoming weeks. I just wanna say thank you if you've supported me either by messaging me or even by reading my material. This book is honestly a train wreck, but it is the first book I've ever written and I don't know if giving up on it is the best thing to do. Ok now I'm sure you just skipped all that, but if you didn't then I truly love you<3 ok now I'll stop talking and you can get to reading.

I slammed my locker shut and plopped down on the bench.
"That has got to be the worst training session I've ever endured." I said, wiping a bead of sweat off my forehead.
"Girl, you've seen nothing yet. Coach can get crazier. Ever do a quadruple burpee somersault run to the other side of the building and back?" she asked, passing between breathes.
"No. And I really do not wanna." I said, taking a swig of my water.
"Well I'm gunna ice. Brb." Alex said.
"Wait! We'll come with!" Casey said.
"Yeah I'm in. You, Del?" Margaret asked.
"Uhm I guess. I haven't really taken one before." I said, shrugging my shoulders.
"Oh my god. You're gunna hate it." Margaret said.
"Hate it? Why would I hate it?"
"When you take your first ice bath, it kinda sucks. Especially after the fact that you were just on the ice not too long ago and are throwing yourself into a tub of one now." Casey said.
"Long story short, it's sucks ass but it'll help with your sore body so you might as well endure a few minutes of it." Alex said.
I took my shirt off and left my sports bra and underwear on before hopping into the bath next to Alex and Casey.
"Oh my god." I whimpered before lowing my entire body into the tub.
"Exactly." Margaret said before doing that same.
"So Delfena. There's this party at Kevin Dashmore's house tonight. It's going to be a massive blowout to celebrate the hockey teams what, 4th win in a row? Yeah I think so. You in?" Casey asked.
"I don't know. Uhh my aunt probably won't let me."
"Who says your aunt has to know? It's called sneaking out." Alex said.
"Sneaking out?" I asked. "I've never snuck out before."
"Of course you haven't." Alex said.
"I've never really had any friends to sneak out with. Plus, I could never do that to my dad."
"Who said anything about your dad? He doesn't even have to know." Alex said.
"I don't know, guys. Aunt Julie is already letting me stay at her place and I don't wanna break her trust. Maybe next time?" I ask sheepishly.
"Come on Del. I was afraid of sneaking out too. I moved here from Kentucky and trust me there aren't any real ragers back home. Just cows. Lots and lots of cows." Casey said, between laughs, "sometimes we gotta break out of our comfort zones."
