Spain: Chiisai Tokyo!!

Tokyo: Eh?

-Spain hugs Tokyo much to his shock and dismay-

Spain: Oh my Chiisai! You grown up so much the last time I saw you! My Chiisai is soo cute! I have to tell Romano, Phippines, and Mexico they got a Hermano!!

Tokyo: Spain! EH? WHAT?!

-Little did Spain know, Romano, Japan, and China were right behind him with dangerous glints in their eyes-

Romano: Tomato-bastard! Why do you have Ninja-bastard in your hands?!!

Japan: *Grips sword tightly* Spain-san. Please refrain yourself from touching my brother. Ever.

China: *Holds Skillet behind him* Leave Spain or I'll will make your debt go higher aru.

Chiisai: Meaning little or small. Or in Spain's case, his baby.

Hermano-Brother.

A/N: Before Japan discovered Tokyo, Spain found him first. But the relation ended in a cultural exchange. Based on the Cultural agreement concluded between the two governments in 1982, the Japan-Spain Mixed Commission for Cultural Exchange has been convened regularly (The most recent one was held in 2005). The Japan-Spain Symposium, which is attended by leading intellectuals of both countries, has been held since 1997. In Spain, Japanese language education and Japanese studies have become popular in recent years, and through the cooperation of the governments and the private sectors in Japan and Spain, the Centro Cultural Hispano-Japonés was opened at the University of Salamanca in the spring of 1999. The Spanish government has opened the Cervantes Institute in Tokyo in 2008. Eleven sister-city agreements have been reached between Japanese and Spanish cities.
