Name: Itami Honda. (Usually means pain, damage, or hurt.) Or in some cases Kanashi Honda (Meaning sad, sorrow, or broken.)
A 3p means third player or third personality. Almost like a 2p. But very different.
Appearance: Like the original, he has black hair. But he has blue eyes. He also wears an eyepatch on his right eye. Unlike 1p and 2p Tokyo, he wears a male gakuran uniform that is fully black with brown shoes instead of a sailor fuku outfit.
Personality
A 3p isn't intimidating at all.
Instead 3pTokyo is really socially awkward. He has a problem with his society. He was bullied and tormented during his childhood for being "different". The reason why he has an eyepatch is unknown for now. Many believed he may have lost his right eye due to an "accident". Which made him more paranoid of the other nations. Except for his older brother 3p Japan. His only friends appeared to be 3pRomano, 3pCanada, and 3pPrussia, who are also suicidal. People also speculate he's also suicidal due to owning a gun and a noose.
