China: Shen me?! (What?!)

Japan: Are you serious, Spain-san?!

Spain: Yeah. Believe it or not, I was out getting tomatoes in the kanto region and then that's when I saw...A boy appeared in one of the tomato patch and he look just like you guys!! Isn't that increíble (awesome or incredible)?!

Japan: So this means....

China: Aiyah! Another little brother aru?! Is he a country?

Spain: Not sure. He could be a capital.

Japan: Really?

Despite countries popping up everywhere. It was rare for capitals to show up when they are personified.

China: What are we waiting for aru! Let's go see him. (He better not be like Korea...)

-Later at Spain's tomato patch-

Spain lead the two asian countries to his garden where he usually makes tomatoes.

And there. That's when they saw a young boy in the tomato patch eating
a tomato. He had black hair and golden eyes while wearing a blue japanese sailor uniform with white socks and black shoes. He seems to be off in his own little world not paying attention to the countries behind him.

Spain: -Smiles-Isn't he adorable?

Japan and China stared admiringly at the child.

Japan: What do you think China-san? He has my black hair.

China: Shì(Yes). But he has my golden eyes. So this mean he is related to us!

Spain looks at boy in wonder.

Spain: So what did he inherited from me?

China: Nothing. He don't need to be related to you, aru.

Spain: You're so cruel amigo (friend).

China: Whatever.

Japan sighs and tones the two nations out as he continues to stare at the boy, who then took his eyes off his tomato and look at Japan.

He then made a small smile.

Japan didn't know what the boy was thinking but he know.

The boy chose him.

Japan walked up to him carefully so he won't frighten the boy or scare him away.

Japan: Konnichiwa(Hello). You must be a country. What's your name? I'm Japan.

Boy: I'm not a country. I'm a capital.

The boy said it quietly but respectfully Japan was almost unable to hear it. But a capital. They found another capital.

Japan: Oh Sumimasen (I am sorry)

Tokyo:Ohayo Gozaimasu. I am Edo. But I also go by the name of Tokyo.

Japan: I see. Well Tokyo for now on, you are under my guidance and you'll be my otouto (little brother).

Tokyo: Hai. And you can be my onii-chan (big brother).

Japan blushes at the name then smiles and picks up Tokyo to looks back to see Spain and China still arguing. Well China doing most of the arguing and Spain smiling like an idiot.

Japan looks at Tokyo to see him cuddle in his arms.

His new little brother. And he promise he'll protect him.

Tokyo: Onii-chan...

Japan: Sleep well my little brother and precious capital.

And that my friends is how Tokyo was found...In my own way.

A/N: Tokyo real name is Edo when he was founded. The name was kept until Pre-1869 (Edo Period). It officially became the capital after Emperor Meiji moved his seat to the city from the old capital of Kyoto in 1868; at that time Edo was renamed Tokyo. Tokyo was originally a small fishing village named Edo, in what was formerly part of the old Musashi Province. Edo was first fortified by the Edo clan, in the late twelfth century. In 1457, Ōta Dōkan built Edo Castle.
