Human Name: Shiro Honda. Or in some cases Tori or Ruri Honda.

2P! Tokyo is physically similar to his counter part, with the differences being red eyes, and a wears a creepy smirk rather than a small smile.

He wears a school boy sailor uniform but fully black and wears a red scarf.

His personality is the opposite of his counterpart. He may retain his counterpart's kind and caring personality. But in the inside, he's known to be cold, cruel, and ruthless. So his kind and caring personality could be an act.

It is common for 2P!s to be portrayed as murderous, sociopathic and insane. To most, they are a darker version of the original Nations. However, because the original Nations can be portrayed the same way by the fandom, how much hold this has depends on the person making the story or artwork.

2p Tokyo is rumored to be a cannibal and a psychopathic murderer. His weapon of choice are usually knifes and other deadly weapons.

2P! Japan-The two are brothers but unlike their original counterparts, they are not very close. Because according to 2P! Tokyo, his brother seemingly does not acknowledge him as a brother or a nation, instead he sees him as a mistake. However, the two do seem deeply care for one another. It is known despite their arguments, 2p Japan can only stand 2p Tokyo and they would usually be seen talking to each other. Rumor has it that 2p Japan is overprotective of 2p Tokyo.

2P! China-Like 2P! Japan, they are not very close. It may seemed that 2P! China abadoned 2P! Tokyo, because he ignores his existence.

2P! England-The two are very close friends since they both apperciate each other. Some fans believe they are friends because they are both killers.

2P! America-Best Friends because they usually would go hang out or kill a person together.

2P! Italy-Like his brother, Shiro can not stand Luciano becuase they can't get along and sometimes 2p Tokyo be trying to kill him.

2P! Romano-Good Friends and get along very well.

2P! Prussia-2p Tokyo likes hanging around the quiet religious nation just to annoy him. Despite that, they are also good friends.
