Having A Ball

We all woke up to about fifteen zombies burning nearby, one with blood all over it. I looked over and I saw part of Kevin's body bleeding out onto the ground. The entire farming ground was burned to the ground. Turns out Herobrine was right about the hostile mobs being scared of him, because when the forcefield went down, they all scattered and dragged themselves away from Herobrine. Steve got up with Cecelia and Herobrine. I stayed on the ground and tried to think of a way to not make me climbing up either of them and not making it awkward. I then had the marvelous idea of tugging on Steve's pants, which made him look down. He laughed, "oops! I forgot you have a bad ankle." He then picked me up and let me relax. He then sighed, "now how are you going to walk around without those crutches?" Herobrine looked as bad as he did when we first found him because he could sucked in a lot of smoke and the amount made him go unconscious after a little singing. I bet that might explain why they are bad singers. Or it might be because they don't sing.

Herobrine shrugged, "my bad."

Steve gulped, "but why did you have to blow up the barn?"

I laughed, "you know, this would be the best reality show of all time, since we have the best drama in the area." Steve and Herobrine gave me a questionable look while Cecelia fell onto the ground and started dying of laughter.

She gasped, "Tasha! You are such a terrible person!"

I laughed with her, "at least I'm not as bad as that guy that released a mouse only for it to become some hawk's lunch less than a minute later." Cecelia nearly died from that reaction. Her face went completely red as she lost so much air. She was curled up in a ball as she tried to breathe. Herobrine then grabbed the back of her Christmas sweater, since it was pretty cold out here, and lifted her off the ground. She stayed curled up and I was surprised with how long her legs stayed stiff and kept curled under her body. I laughed, "oh, no! It's a human ball!" That's when Steve nearly dropped me in laughter. The footage below is what I saw when I was a kid and I brought into this story :).

Steve calmed down, "what is a mouse? And what is a hawk?" When he said hawk, he started laughing again because Herobrine looked embarrassed from holding the laughing humanoid ball in the air. Eventually, she dropped her legs and he dropped her gently, making her laugh hard at his feet.

It took us about an hour to calm down. When we did, we were all red faced and were smiling so much we couldn't stop. I had to be put next to a stream to splash water onto my face and calm down and everyone else joined me into splashing their own faces in order to help with calming down. Even when our faces calmed down enough for everyone's smile to go down to at least a little grin, our faces were still red and hurting.

Once we were calmed down, it was my turn to be the educator, "remember that little animal that you found in a hole in the barn's wall?" Steve nodded, "it's a dead mouse now."

He then awed, "poor thing. Too bad it wasn't fire-proof." Herobrine glared at him.

I felt something at my feet, "or not. Look!" I pointed at a black and white mouse that was getting over my foot. It got on its hind legs and sniffed the air just before scurrying off into the nearest bushes. I asked, "was that the little guy that you saw?" He nodded. I laughed, "now let's just-." I looked at the direction the mouse went and I hawk was on the ground. I pointed at it, "is that the-." It took off and I saw a bit of white in its claws, "no! NO! I'M SUCH A TERRIBLE PERSON!" Everyone else started laughing. I sighed, then continued shouting, "THAT HAWK DIDN'T LET IT LAST A MINUTE AFTER TOUCHING MY FOOT!" Suddenly, I heard distant laughing. I looked down the dirt road and saw several men at the end of the street laughing. One of them looks like a spitting image of my father. Still enraged by the mouse incident, I continued shouting, but a little quieter, "I can't believe that I have so much bad luck on my foot!"

Cecelia started cracking up with real laughter, "Tasha! It's (laughs) not like it's the last mouse (continues laughing) in the world!" The men continued laughing at the end of the driveway. Herobrine stopped smiling when he saw the men. He got up and started walking down the driveway.

I tried to keep calm, but my laughter was in the way, "Herobrine! Don't ruin the moment! I know there are a few weird men that are laughing, but it's a lot better than shooting us!" He stopped momentarily. He faced me with both anger and confusion.

He nearly shouted, "and why are we letting them stalk us?"

I then calmed down, "let's look at them versus us." He looked between me and the group of men as I continued, "they are stronger than half of us, and I am the only one in this entire group that has and knows how to use a gun. And one of them looks too much like my father." He then looked down the road, as if analyzing them.

He nodded, "you might be right, since that man looks a lot like you." I nodded in acknowledgement.

Steve laughed, "poor mouse. If only it saw the hawk before it was too late!" The men kept laughing and I giggled a little. Herobrine kept his eye out for them, and it made me wonder why they were even here.

I asked Steve, "did you do that on purpose? So that they would keep laughing?"

He nodded, "now go get them." He sounded serious, but befote I could tell him that it wasn't a good idea to attack, he then turned into a ball of fun, "I bet it's thinking 'why did you do this to me, Tasha?!'"

One of the men looked up when he heard my name, as if he recognized it. It was the same man that looked like my dad, and that's when I couldn't handle it. I started dragging my legs down the driveway and I heard all the laughter stop. I kept going, but then I felt someone grab me, "don't go, Tasha!" I looked over my shoulder to see Herobrine holding the back of my jacket. He pulled me back and made sure that I was going to stay by keeping his foot on a loose part of my sleeve.

The same man started running up the driveway, and another one came running after him. Two other men and a girl were on the ground, looking like they were taking care of a wounded person. The girl shouted, "HENRY!" That's my dad's name.  I then struggled to get up from under Herobrine's foot, whose master was looking down at me in confusion.

Dad got closer as I spoke quickly, "Herobrine. He might be my dad. He might be him. He recognizes me and he has everything my dad has. At least get off my jacket." He gave me a questionable look before getting off my sleeve and picking me up.

He gave me to Steve, "take care of her." He then ran a few steps and my dad stopped a few steps away from him.

Dad asked, "can I see my daughter? I want to make sure she's okay." The man behind him stopped, knowing he was too late to stop him and started running back to the other three.

I nodded to Herobrine, who looked back for any confirmation. He looked back, "fine, but I'll be watching you, and if you dare hurt her, I'll kill you!" He stepped to the side, and my dad is a little surprised by the response Herobrine gave him.

He then went to his knees when he was close enough to touch me, "Tasha?" He started crying, something I've never seen him do before, and I knew that he would cry even more if he asks about mom. He hugged me tightly, nearly making me almost leave Steve's lap, "oh, Tasha!" He started weeping on my shoulder. I hugged him after my mind registered of what happened. I felt tears forming into my eyes as my entire body found out that my dad has found me. And we both cried with joy and happiness as the rest of the team watched with weariness.

The rest of his team started running, the two men carrying the wounded as the girl ran ahead of them. The girl finally caught up, "Henry! Why did you-?" She caught sight of Herobrine, who was glaring at her, "and who are you?"

He was still glaring at her, "I'm Death." She gaped at him, and I started laughing and crying at the same time.

Steve laughed, "Herobrine, that's not your real name. But we can nickname you that from now on." Herobrine took a step toward Steve, who took it back, "never mind." Cecelia stood up to the new girl, as if comparing herself to this new teen.

I sniffled, "I thought you were dead..." I hugged him tighter, and this kept going until a certain someone had enough of it. Herobrine gave me a little nudge with his foot, and my teary eyes were glazed enough to make it hard for me to see what was going on.

Dad pulled himself away from me and looked me in the eyes, "I'm not going to let you go ever again." And he pushed some hair out from in front of my eyes.
