The rest of my night and Monday morning was very uninteresting compared to the weekend I had. I ended up doing some shopping and studying for the rest of the day.
On Tuesday I did basically the same thing. I studied for the exam coming up in my Literature class, and ended up going to the grocery store. Harry still hadn't called me, and I decided not to bother him.
It's now Wednesday and I still haven't heard from Harry.
Just the thought of him brings butterflies to my stomach. I check my phone once again on my way to my last class of the day, only to see no new messages. As much as I want to talk to him I know he must be busy with his family, and I shouldn't distract him more than I already have.
I was about to put my phone back into my purse when it starts to vibrate. I looked at screen and Jamie's name appeared.
"Hi." I answer dully into the receiver.
"Hey! You don't seem so happy. Did you work things out with Harry?" Jamie asks.
"More or less."
"Oh. Well that's good I guess..." Jamie lets her sentence trail off, honestly she dosen't seem all that thrilled.
"Is every thing okay with you?" I ask.
"Oh. Yeah, fine! Actually the reason I'm calling is to see if you want to go to a party tonight? It's at one of Josh's friends house, and it will be so much more fun if you're there!" She asks in excitment.
"Did you forget what happened last time I attended one of these parties?" Referring to the almost loss of my virginity.
"You went to that other one at the appartment building, and it was after that! I also remeber you making out with Harry at the end." She says and I blush from the memory.
"Please, Alex. I don't want to just go with Josh and have to hang out with his friends." She pleades.
"Okay. What time?" I already regret giving into her.
"I'll pick you up at 7:00! Thanks Alex you're the best!" She squeals before hanging up.
Walking into my third class of the day, I turn my phone off to focus all attention on the literature of the late 1800's.

The rest of my day goes by smoothly and I'm back at my appartment by 4:30. I haven't heard from Harry in almost three days now and I'm not going to lie, it kind of hurts. I just want to make sure he is okay.
No. You just want to make sure he's not with someone else. My subconscious adds.
Maybe a party is what I need.
Jamie picks me up right at 7:00 and I am dressed and ready to go. My hair is perfectly straightened, and I'm wearing black jeans with a tight black shirt, and black leather jacket. The only color showing against the black outfit is a gray scarf, and the many colored bracelets around my wrist. I chose black pumps to match the jacket and a brown and gray clutch to hold my phone.
"Wow, Alex. You look hot. Really hot actually. Where's Harry when you need him?" She smirks.
If only I knew.
Josh is driving, and we pull up to a large warehouse minutes later. I'm surprised I don't recognize the building since it must just be a couple blocks from my place.
"One of my friends from school has a brother who owns this place. He uses it as a painting studio but it's being remodeled right now, so he decided to have the party here." Josh explains.
