I'm leaving the campus by around 1:00 and I'm grateful my classes left me with minimal assignments. The sun is shinning bright outside and my jean shorts and white t-shirt is proving to be a good choice. I decide to walk back to my apartment from campus since it's really not that far off.

When I reach my apartment I pull my keys out of my bag to unlock the door, but it's already open. I know for a fact I locked the door because I dropped the keys when I finally got them out of the slot. The only person that even has a key is...

I open the door and to my own suprise Jamie is sitting on my couch looking directly at me.

"Um, hi." I'm at a loss for words.

"Hey. Sorry I just let myself in, but I need to talk to you." Jamie's voice is soft and quiet unlike her usual manner.

I shut the door behind me and set my bookbag on the floor.

"About what?" I question and she looks away from me.

"Harry."

"Then no. I don't want to talk." I am immediately filled with annoyance. Why does this keep coming up?

"Alex. It's important."

"Jamie I don't want to keep doing this. Whatever it is probably seems insignificant to me now, and won't effect anything." I sound exasperated.

"It's also about Hannah." She states and I stop dead in my tracks.

Harry's POV

I miss her. Fuck do I miss her. It's only been a couple of hours and I can't stop thinking about her. Fuck. This can not be normal.

My phone starts to ring and it startles me from my thoughts. The shattered screen reads Jamie and I know I shouldn't answer but I do.

"What." I snap.

"I'm not keeping your secret anymore." Her soft voice fills the phone.

"Jamie."

"No. I'm done. I am really done this time. Alex is my best friend and you are going to crush her."

"Meet me. Now." I can't help the anger boiling over inside of me.

"I'll come to your place, but nothing you will say is going to change my mind."

"You might be suprised." I snap before shutting my phone off.

I sit in my living room for what seems like hours but when I look at the clock it's only just now 8. I expect the lobby to call and tell me she is coming up but they don't. The elevator opens and Jamie stalks into the room.

"I see you remeber the code. I guess it really hasn't been that long." I tempt but her expression doesn't faulter.

"This is bullshit, Harry. I'm telling her."

"It's not your fucking place, Jamie. You need to stay the fuck out of it."

"You put me in the middle of it!" She shouts at me from across the room.

"I didn't mean to! I didn't know it would come down to this! I didn't know I would fucking fall in love with her!"

What the fuck did I just say.

"You love her?" Jamie's mouth is practically on the floor.

"What-no-I don't know. Fuck. I didn't mean to say that." I pull the ends of my hair in absolute desperation.

"Harry I-"

"No. Just go, Jamie. Go tell her." I bury my face in my hands.

"Like you said nothing I would say could change your decision." I add and here her walk closer to me.
