It should've been me (Part 2 Thomas Imagine) for Laetitia

Laetitia's P.O.V
You wouldn't believe it but we made it through the maze!! Yeah we had to split up a little but we all met at the doors. It was Thomas, Chuck, Teresa, and I who stuck together to try to get through all of the grievers. Teresa quickly put the code in (I'm not gonna name it cuz I forgot already😆) and a strange woman appeared on multiple screens. I was focused on the big one right in front of me with Thomas by my side. She was telling us that we made it and can now live the outside world. We were so happy!!

Until somehow Gally followed us here. "You guys aren't going anywhere!! We were meant to be in the maze!!" Gally shouted. I saw that his eyes had darkened and he was standing in a very weird position. He then held a gun up to us and I instantly went to hold Chuck. He was my best friend and was too young to die. "Gally, put the gun down" Thomas demanded slowly walking towards him. "Thomas!!" I whispered to him. He quickly looked my way. I mouthed 'don't do this'. Thomas mouthed back 'I got this!'. Gally was about to shoot Thomas, when I jumped in front of the bullet and Minho threw a arrow thingy at Gally. Causing him to fall to the ground.

I stood there frightened. I didn't know what happened until I looked down at my chest. The bullet went right in my heart. I couldn't stand for long and eventually fell to the ground. Thomas noticed and instantly kneeled down next to me. "Laetitia!! Laetitia, please don't leave me!!" Thomas cried out. I was now looking at him tears in my eyes. "Thomas, I love you so much. Just remember that" I said. "No!! No, don't say that you're staying with me no matter what!!" Thomas said, I could tell he was about to freak out. My eyes were slowly losing sight and everything went black.

Thomas P.O.V
She can't be gone!! She can't, we've been through so much together!! No!! I instantly started breaking down. I could hear the others surrounding me start crying. Everyone loved her!! But now she's gone, she left us!! Out of the blue, somebody busted the doors open, revealing a bunch of men. They started taking us one by one out the door and to a helicopter. "NO!! NO I CANT LEAVE HER!!" I yelled, struggling from their grip. "Calm down, son we are taking you to safety!!" The man told me. I eventually gave up and basically let them drag me to the helicopter where the others were seated.

Newt looked at me and patted me on the back. "She's in a better place, Tommy. She's a tough young lady she knows you're doing this for her." Newt told me. I just nodded and looked out the window. I just wish she was still here with us, with me! God dammit, It should've been me!! I should have pushed her away from the bullet. But she jumped in front to save me!! I'll just have to remember that.
