Albus

Rose got a spot on the Gryffindor quidditch team! She's chaser and backup seeker, exactly like Aunt Ginny. She spends almost all of her free time out on the quidditch pitch, practising. I used to watch her every time she went out but it soon became too much. Way too much. I was behind in a lot of my classes and could not afford to spend every second of my free time watching my cousin practice quidditch.

Scorpius always watches Rose though. He brings his schoolwork with him everyday. Scorpius would love to play quidditch and that's why he always watches her. Rose has offered to teach him how to play but he always refuses and says he'd rather watch. That's a lie obviously but no matter how hard we tried to convince him, he still said he didn't want to play. We soon gave up and just let him watch.

Recently, me and Rose had been growing closer to Scorpius. We're really good friends with him now. Me and Scorpius' relationship has been building slowly but that's not the case with him and Rose. After Rose came back from St. Mungo's they just kind of... clicked.

They may seem like opposites when you first meet them but it seemed they have everything in common at the same time. They now talk, laugh, and tease each other all the time. I can't help it but feel left out. I want to tell Rose about it but I'm afraid she'll laugh at me. I have told her... indirectly. She said that Scorpius is great and that I should get to know him better so that's what I've been trying to do for a while but me and Scorpius just don't get along as well as Rose does with him. It's not that we don't get along its just that they get along almost perfectly.

After a while of homework it was time for me to get my well deserved sleep. I wasn't done all of my homework but getting ten hours of sleep was my priority. I can worry about sassing my professors tomorrow.

"And why didn't you finish your homework again, Mr. Potter?" Professor Welsh asked annoyed.

"Because I had to sleep," I said for the millionth time. "My bed was practically chanting for me to sleep in it. I wasn't going to ignore my tiredness. Are you trying to turn me insomnia? A good teacher wouldn't do that, I should report you."

He sighed. "I'm not trying to turn you insomnia. Also, you don't turn insomnia. And you don't need to report me, you need to organize your time better."

"Um excuse me?" I said, putting my hand on my chest and acting extremely offended. I heard a bunch of snickers but kept my eyes locked with my professor's. "Organize my time? I spent hours working on my schedule. I have one hour for eating, half an hour for daydreaming, two hours for being obnoxiously loud and annoying, ten hours for sleeping, and a half hour for homework. I spent thirty minutes-okay maybe twenty- but I spent twenty minutes working on my homework and it simply just wasn't finished when it was time for me to sleep! I don't want to turn insomnia!"

"Merlin's beard," Professor Welsh hissed. "Just get it done next time."

"You can count on me!" I exclaimed probably a little too loudly with a huge smile on my face. I was standing up the entire time so I then sat down very pleased with myself, getting out of that. I was smirking, not really listening to the potions lesson that had just started, when I heard a voice beside me whisper, "Dumbass."

The smirk on my face disappeared in an instant. I didn't look at Medtin, who sat beside me and called me a dumbass, I just shot my hand in the air and starting waving it everywhere.

"Professor! Professor! Medtin is calling me mean words! Give him detention! Five hundred million points from Ravenclaw! He's being a big meanie!"

"Ms. Franrale, please switch places with Mr. Potter. You will be partners with Mr. Medtin for the year. Mr. Potter, you will be partners with Mr. Malfoy for the year," our professor said sounding tired and slightly annoyed... Okay, okay, very annoyed.
