"... yes!" I exclaim.

He hugs me.

I'm blushing so hard it looks like I'm sun burnt.

" so.. we're dating now." I grin wide.

" yup." He grabs my hand.

Thoughts run through my head.

I'm leaving back home soon though!

But distance doesn't ruin relationships.
Doubts do.

What about Jacob? And Ethan? What will they think?

Blake comes back outside.
" all good?" He asks.

Hunter smiles at me.

" all good!" Hunter exclaims.

" yaaaayyy!!" Blake yells

" we should probably keep this low key tho." I say.

" yeah let's keep this a secret. I don't want you to get hate because of me." Hunter says.

" can I tell Ally?" I ask.

" if you trust her." He replies.

Should I tell Jacob? Maybe I'll wait till he finds out himself. Or I can just tell him. Idk!!

I decide to text ally.

Me: guess what!

Ally: what??

Me: I'm dating Hunter Rowland!!

Ally: omg!!

Me: ikr!
Me: he just asked me out

Ally: yay! I'm soo happy for you!!

Me: thanks!
Me: should I tell Jacob?

Ally: idk he might be jealous

Ally: just wait till
he finds out himself

Me: i was thinking that too

Ally: well congrats but I gtg

" hunter?" I say.

" yeah?" Hunter says.

" you know I'm leaving back home soon."

" yeah I know. We'll make it work." He smiles.

" good!" I hold his hand.

It feels weird to be dating Hunter but I really like it. But every now and then I think of Jacob, and how mad he'll be.
"It's fine." I think to myself.
I sure hope so.

I hang out with Hunter and Blake for a while.
I'm glad Blake isn't jealous, I mean he asked me out for breakfast and everything but it's all good.

I've never seen Hunter this happy. It's crazy!
It looks like he won a million dollars.

We just chill and talk to each other for like an hour or so until Christine comes outside.

" whatya wanna do today guys?" She asks.

" uhh." We all think.

" we could go bowling..?" Blake says.

" sure!" Christine says.

" we should leave at 2." I say.

" great! Everyone get in the car by 1:45." Christine adds.

She goes back inside and we talk some more.

"Its 1:30. We should start getting ready to go."
Hunter says.

We all get up and go inside.
I grab a soda for the ride.

We all jump in the car at 1:50.

"Mom!!!" Brandon yells.

"I'm coming!" She yells back.

Brandon puts his hand to his stomach.
"I'm huunnggrryy." He pouts.

"So am I." I mimic him.

"Me toooo." Hunter says.

"And meee." Blake says.

We all laugh.

" let's get pizza at the bowling place." I say.

" yeahh!" Hunter and Blake say.

Christine gets in the car.

"You guys ready to go?" She asks.

" we've been ready mom." Hunter says.

" Brook thinks we should get pizza at the bowling place." Brandon says.

I hide my face when he says my name.

" oh good idea!" She says.

I uncover my face and smile.

I sip on my soda on the drive there.

" we're heerrreee!" Blake says.
