Episode 11: Good Times Part One

"Kazumi! You ready or not!?" Rin shouted up the stairs of Kaori's house. Kazumi hadn't felt comfortable in by herself so Kaori let her stay for a few days. Kazumi stared at the mirror wondering why the strange person wasn't appearing was it lack of sleep or a hallucination? It must've been because ever since then she hasn't seen her.

"I'm coming! Calm your self!" Kazumi yelled running down the stairs to Kaori, Rin and Miki.

"Finally" Kaori said sweetly stepping outside in the fresh air she took it in breathing in the smell of fresh cut flowers. One week had passed and the bitter winter of January was gone and spring had arrived.

"Why we going to town again?" Kazumi asked as they walked down the street.

"Well, We all have hard a bad time lately so I though we could go see the shops and shows, West, Hanna and Dio all had something planned so they didn't come" Kaori replied. Miki smiled brightly at that thought. She had been busy all week with flower arraigning and visiting the burned man she met last week.

He seemed broken and Miki was determined to fix him. She was already there to fix one person after all. Miki glanced at Kaori who met the glance with a warm smiled. Miki thought to herself that she looks cheery enough but she knows for a fact that Kaori is crying and destroyed inside but hides it with a smile.

After a long train journey they arrived into town and the group looked around the stalls and watched some shows one of which Rin was pulled into and was forced to juggle which he was terrible at. Kaori quickly dragged him out and laughed as the things he was juggling hit his head "Your such a goof!" Kaori giggled looking at him warmly. Rin blushed badly but Kaori didn't notice she saw him more as her best friend than a romantic interest. After a fun day they all sat in the park having ice cream.

Kazumi loved ice cream and was very happy at having one. Miki had blueberry ice cream, Miki had Orange, Rin had chocolate and Kaori had Strawberry. Miki carefully finished her ice cream and placed the tissue she was using on the grass and looked into the distance thinking of how lonely the burned man must be around now.

Miki entered the school to see the red head standing by the broken chandelier. In Miki's hands was basket full of medicine and bandages. She stepped inside and closed the door behind her. "I didn't think you'd actually come..." Garret said turning his face as dreary as ever.

"I can't leave someone in pain" Miki replied going over to him and grabbing his hand gently. Making Garret immediately pull away. "Its alright I'm just taking you to those steps" Miki said reaching out to him. He hesitated but slid his hand into hers and she guided him to the steps. They sat and she attended to his wounds.

"Its nice to have a good day for once" Kaori said smiling.

"Yeah" Rin and Miki replied. Kaori smiled and tackled Rin to the floor with a hug making Kazumi drop her ice cream. Kaori looked up smiling nervously. "Sorry...."

"I was looking forward to that...." Kazumi replied coldly.

"It's just an ice cream..." Rin told Kazumi.

"And? It seems everything I like gets destroyed in the end!" Kazumi growled looking at the ground in anger and for a second her eyes flashes red but then went normal. Miki saw this and made a silent gasp that no one saw. Kazumi got up "I'm leaving"

Sorry it kinda sucks its more of a filler episode than anything but I need to build up Kazumi a bit more and Miki and GARRET So yeah...
