Episode 15: Beginning of the End

Kazumi sat by the lake in the park staring at the horrible reflection in front of her, red eyes, black hair and a black thick mist around her. She did not speak she did not show any response except from the single tear that fell from her eye down her face. She knew what was going to happen the reflection had shown her. Her own death.

Garret looked at Miki a thought in his mind but he didn't speak.He was scared, Scared of her answer. He thought he already knew. "You're dead aren't you?" Garret asked. 

Miki looked at Garret and opened her mouth and closed it. She then decide to ask "How did you figure it out?" 

"I guess I always noticed, There was no trace of you ever arriving in our village you just appeared once Kaori seemed to need you, When every thing went wrong when nobody seemed to care about her, You appeared,  Soon as that happened she had someone to lean on she didn't need to remember the exact detail she had forgotten" Garret explained. 

"And that was?" Miki asked.

"You died along with the rest of her band mates that night, What I don't know is how you're here sitting here? Why you have powers and why do you like me?" Garret asked.

"I'm an angel, Not your white feathered legend Angels I mean like a ghost but more power, I have to stay until Kaori is able to live without me and the love I have you is completely true that's why I havent told Kaori cause as soon as I do I will disappear go to heaven and history will go back in place everyone will know I died and you will forget and so will everyone, you will all forget I was even here, I don't want to go and I don't want you to forget" Miki explained tears in her eyes and she put her hands on her face.

Garret put an arm around her and she put her head onto his shoulder and cried. "I don't want you to disappear either." 

Miki looked up at Garret and he kissed her soft and sweet. He didn't want her to leave. He didn't want to lose her.

Hanna sighed sitting on the couch of her home staring blankly out the window. She didn't know what she was going to do. The door bell rang and she stood up and opened the door. She saw Dio. 

"What's wrong? Why did you call?" He asked her. 

"Come in, I'll explain" She told him. He went inside and intot he living room and she shut the door and followed him. 

"Serah, Wants me to go back to England with her" Hanna told him. 

"What? Your not going right?" He asked. She went quiet.

"Your not? Right?" He asked again his voice more like a whimper.

"I am, I can't take it here anymore! There's just to much pain and death! I can't cope! My best friend died, I saw you die and come back to life and my sister was kidnapped! I can't stay here it's destroying me Dio!" She told him tears falling down her face. 

"What about us? Weren't we ever important?" He said to her.

She stepped towards him "Come with me.. My family can pay for you! I love you but with or without you I'm leaving tomorrow... I really want you to come with me" She begged. 

"I need to think about this..." Dio said walking away. 

"I'll wait for you at 8 o'clock next to the cemetary.. If your not there I'm leaving without you Dio" She told him as he left.

Kazumi sat beside the lake staring blankly at it only a smile on her face. West walked over. "You alright Kazumi?"  He asked. 

She looked up."I'm fine now, For a long time every since Garret attacked me I've felt this pain in my head... It's gone now" She told him.

"What are you on about?" He asked.

She stood up and looked at him and he noticed her eyes they were red and her hair was black. "There was a voice in the mirror telling me things, Bad things that I didn't want to believe but Now that I realise it's the truth The pain is gone and replaced with happiness, West... I'm so happy I've never been this happy and it's all because I know that I just need to kill you, Kaori, Rin, Garret, Dio and Hanna and I will be okay the pain will go away" She told him. 

"Kazumi this isn't you!" West yelled. 

"It's always been me west you just never relised" She told him. "I'll spare you for now I really don't want to hurt you" She said. "Hopefully after the others are gone the pain will be gone and we can be together without those liars" She said with a smile. She walked past him and he watched her walk away.

"No.... Not Kazumi... Anyone but Kazumi..." He begged as if someone was there. Kazumi left the park with a smile.

The hooded man watched it all alone. "I am not strong enough to hurt them yet but I will come back one day and when I am I will kill them" He growled to himself. He then turned his back and left the city never to come back.
