Marco's POV
I opened my eyes to the bright morning sunlight that flooded in through my window.
I grumbled in annoyance at the sun's attempt to try and wake me up.
After a while, I sat up, sleepily and looked around Star's room, noticing that I didn't see any random pink fluffy things or cute stuffed animals.
"What? Did she redecorate or something?" I mumbled, sleepily.
It was only then that I realised I had my own voice back!
I darted to the mirror in my room and saw my usual half-asleep face in the reflection.

I was back...

I'M BACK!!!

Just as I was about to do a celebration dance, until I heard the sound of quick, light footsteps rushing down the hallway.
My door nearly flew off it's hinges when Star appeared in the doorway.
"Marco! We're back to normal!" She exclaimed, rushing at me and catching me in a tight hug.
"I know! Thank God!" I said, relived, as I hugged the blonde back.
We stayed like that for a little while, until the moment began to wear off.
I quickly wriggled out of the hug and looked at the ground, embarassed.
Even though we'd been in different bodies, I still possessed the ability to remember what I done in Star's.
Last night's memory was stuck in my mind and I knew I was never going to forget it...

"Uhm...Marco?" Star began, shyly. "How much did you see?"
"O-Of what?" I said, trying to play innocent.
"You know what I'm talking about, Diaz..."
"Oh well, um..."
"Well...?"
I made a circular motion going around my own chest area, blushing like crazy and avoiding eye contact with the princess.
"A-All of that?!? You're a real piece of work..." Star said, blushing just as badly as I was.
"I'm sorry, but I couldn't help it, Star! And what about you? I wasn't in these clothes last night!"
"U-Uhmm...well, that's-"
"Aha! I knew it! Confess!"
"Y-You'll never take me alive!"

And with that, Star bolted from my room and presumably, back to hers.

I flopped back onto my bed and sighed, ruffling hair in annoyance.

Star's POV
Ahhhhhhhh!
That was so embarassing!
I lay facedown on my bed and tried to think of what I should do next...
How was I supposed to face Marco normally now?
I groaned into my pillow, frustrated.
What do I do?
Maybe I should ask Mom? I played the situation out in my head and came to the brief conclusion that it probably wasn't the best idea...

I sat up and ran a hand through my long blond hair and looked around my room.
'Maybe I could use a memory-erasing spell?' I thought, as I hopped off of my bed and looked under it for my magic spell book.
It had only just occured to me, but Jackie's bed was empty...
'She couldn't have gone to school, since it's a Saturday...maybe, she went to do some skate-boarding or something?'
Hearing some mumbling coming from outside, I peeked out of the window to see Jackie on her phone again, seemingly having a heated debate about something.
'She's always on her celluar phone, do all Earth girls do that?' I wondered, as I heaved my spell book out from under my bed.
Oh well, I had more important things to worry about right now!
As I picked up my wand, I heard my mirror going off.
I recognised the space unicorn ringtone and walked over to device, just as Mom's face appeared on the screen.

Marco's POV
"Do you wanna go out for a burger or something, Diaz?" Jackie asked, as I stood in front of her, dumbfound.
"A-Are you asking me out?" I asked, looking around to see if she wasn't talking to some other guy called Diaz.
"Yeah, who else would I be talking to? You're a weird one"
"Uhm...yeah, I'd love to go; thanks! Should I ask Star too?"
"Never mind, Star. I want us both to be alone together"
"Oh, okay then"
This was exactly what I needed, just a little time without Star; so that the two of us could cool off.
"Cool. I'll meet you at the mall in an hour" Jackie smiled, walking towards the front door. "It's a date!"

Those words were probably the most amazing words in the English language...

I couldn't wait to go!

Star's POV
"...So, to summarise: you get a strange feeling in your heart whenever you see that Earth boy and that Earth girl together?" Mom recalled.
I nodded.
"That is just simple jealousy, my dear" she continued.
"Jealousy? But I've never even felt that before!" I protested.
"You have now. That Earth boy must've made you feel that way"
"Marco did...?"
"I'm glad. It seems you're growing up, Star"
I smiled at my Mom, as she did the same to me.

All of sudden, I noticed a wanted poster on the wall behind my Mom.
"Hey, what does that poster say?" I asked, craning my neck to read it.
"Oh, that? Some criminal from Mewni broke free from prision after your father sent her down for trying to take over our country" Mom replied. "She swore revenge on the royal family too. She's a dangerous one, Star; be careful who you talk to"
"Wait, are you meaning to say that this person is loose?" I exclaimed.
"Yes. Here's her face, so you can recognise her"

My mom picked the poster off the wall and held it in front of the mirror. The second I saw it, I felt sick to my stomach...

I stared at the poster in disbelief, only to see Jackie's face staring right back at me...
