Chapter 13

Hannah’s POV:

Sitting on the bed in nothing but my underwear I applied the finishing touches to my make up before putting it all back inside my make up bag beside me and placed the mirror down next to me. Getting myself up off of the bed I walked over to where I had laid my clothes out for tonight.

Earlier on once I had brought the whole pregnancy subject up to David he didn’t reply. Oh no. Instead he just simply changed the subject and move onto something else for us to talk about – training. So of course that left me thinking. Thinking whether or not I made a bad choice on bringing it up. I mean if he really did think that we were ready to start a family so early on in our relationship then surely he would have been a lot more enthusiastic about it all. But no, like I said he just simply changed the subject into something else. Something far off of pregnancy. But on the bright side he is taking me out for a meal tonight so I might just sneakily bring it up again. Just to see how he reacts. I mean for all I know it might have just come as a bit of a shock to him or something right?

Taking my dress in my hands I stepped into it before pulling it up and attempting to pull the zip up at the back – which of course I failed at. “David come here. I need your help.” I called for his attention.

In a matter of seconds he came out of the bathroom looking as sexy as ever in his shirt, jeans andshoes. My mouth immediately dropped in shock at how amazing he looked, following his every move with my eyes as I watched him walk over towards me.

“What’s the matter?” He asked, distracting me from thoughts and bringing me back to reality.

“Oh, err can you help me do the zip up please?” I asked, pointing towards the back of the dress. He looked at me and shook his head before walking around behind me and in one try managed to zip it up completely.

“Thank you.” I smiled towards him once I was fully facing him again and he soon returned it. Sitting down on the bed I took my heels into each hand and slipped them onto my feet before buckling the strap up around by my ankle.

“You look beautiful.” David said to me with a smile on his face once I stood up. His eyes never left me; they just constantly looked me up and down. I swear I could see a small seductive like look in his eyes as he done this. But who was I to complain? If anything I kind of like it when he looks at me in this way. I couldn’t help but look down and blush as I grabbed my clutch bag from the bed before looking back up at him with a smile on my face.  “Shall we go then?” He suggested once seeing me prop my clutch bag under my arm. I nodded in agreement and the two of us began walking towards the door of the suite.

David took the door key in his hand off of the bedside table before placing it in his jean pocket and soon tangled his fingers with mine as we walked out of the door. Shortly locking it behind us.

As we walked down the hallway towards the lift there was silence, an awkward silence at that. My mind was elsewhere at this moment, still stuck on the subject from earlier – pregnancy. As I thought about it even more I came to the conclusion that I actually really did want a baby. Early on in the relationship or not I think I’m ready. But then there’s David and he doesn’t seem to want that.

I soon got distracted from my thoughts as the sound of the lift opening rang through my ears, bringing me back to reality. The both of us walked through and into the lift before the doors closed and I pressed the button to take us down to the lobby. In a matter of second the lift began to go down.

“So where are we actually going?” I questioned, looking up at David with a smile.

“Liv Lounge, it’s about a fifteen walk from here. I always go there whenever I’m here. Plus it’s quite a romantic scenery so I want to take you there.” David explained before smiling down at me. Ok now that really did make my heart flutter in my chest. Someone please tell me, how did I ever get so lucky?
