So, one fine day, I find odd things happening to me. Whatever I wish comes true. At first, this scares me a lot. But then, a woman called 'Storm' breaks into my room and declares that I've got magical powers and that I'm a witch. Oh, joy.
As I...
Kimberly can never get out of this shock, Becky thought, misery filling her eyes.
'He's gonna get killed today. By my hands.' she grunted, gritting her teeth. 'How dare he...?'
Becky couldn't resist giggling at her friend's angry face, with a mixture of horror. Becky found it totally funny.
'What are you laughing at?' Kim narrowed her eyes, smacking Becky on the stomach. Hard!
'Poof! It didn't hurt!' Becky laughed hard. Becky thought she's gonna get smacked again. But...
'Wait...' Kim interrupted her friend, a serious expression creeping into her face. 'Did you get anything for Silvia? Gift?'
Becky screwed up her face. She said, 'Nooo...', which was continued by a long yawn.
'I...think we should have...' Kim groaned, gazing at the group, rushing to hand their presents to dear old, Drama queen, Silvia.
Becky shrugged. She thought for a minute. Magic, was the word that flashed again and again into her dumb mind. 'Okay! Leave it to me. What do you want to buy to her?'
Now it was time for Kim to think. 'Umm...er-what about a...er-I don't know. A makeup set? That would be perfect for our stupid old Silvia.'
Becky grinned. 'Perfect!' With that she left, pushing her way out of the crowd.
When she was out of eyeshot, she searched for a perfect place to perform magic. There it was...a junk car left undisturbed for a long time. Becky reached out to open the car door. The white car was totally rusted. She looked around, then found a little iron dustbin, which was filled with used paper cups. Becky pulled the dustbin into the rusted car with one hand, the other hand over her nose. Oh, this dustbin stinks so badly, she thought.
Finally, she settled on one of the damaged seats in the car, and placed the dustbin in front of her.
She pointed her finger at the stinking dustbin. Flick! It changed into a dusty makeup set. Phew! Atlast, Becky thought as she dusted the gift. She covered it with a gift wrapper she made appear with her magic, then jogged into the party area.
'Here!' she handed the package to Kim, who looked at her startled.
'What? You bought it? This soooon?' she looked into her friend's eyes, bewildered.
'Look, I'm so fast. Now, Come on! Go give it to that stupid girl.' Becky waved towards Silvia.
Becky rang the bell of her beautiful, white home. She could already hear the laughs inside. Becky knew that her stupid brother, Rob was home. Not to forget his blonde girlfriend, who found it indecent to even wear skirts under the knee.
The door was opened by her mom, who was smiling from ear to ear, showing all her perfect white teeth. Rob waved a Hi, a bit mockingly, at his smirking sister. Becky thrust a fake, sugar sweet smile on her lips, then came back to smirk again, without wasting a second.

'Hey, little Becky!' his girlfriend, Hilary Dool said. That is her freaking name.
How dare she calls me little?, Becky thought in disgust. 'Hi!' Becky whined. 'I'm going to my room.' Becky shot a small smile at her mom, and took a step to leave.
But she was interrupted by her mom's squeal. 'WAIT! You're not going anywhere.' She sent a glare across the room. 'Stay here!'
Bloody hell, Becky thought as she rolled her eyes. She jumped into the chocolate coloured couch wearily, as if no one was in the room.
'So how is your college, Robbie?' Mom asked Rob. 'Then, when is your next holidays? And...' Mom went on asking questions, more to herself, as he answered to none. Rob and Hilary were busy looking into each other's eyes and smiling that irritating, so-called-romantic smile at each other. I struck my tongue out at them.
This is ridiculous!, Becky thought as she saw her idiot brother and that high-heeled, short-skirted blonde. Her lipstick was reflecting light. It was that immensely painted on her lips.
Becky turned on the music system, and increased the volume to the maximum. Taylor Swift's 'I knew you were trouble' echoed through the hall.
The right song at the right situation, Becky thought.
Becky felt her mom glaring at her like a witch, while the real witch was her daughter. 'GET OUT!' was all Becky heard before scrawling up the stairs, as quick as she could as her plan got successed.
'Thanks to Taylor', Becky smiled, as she settled onto her bed and tried to track someone called White or Hunt in Social media.
In less than five minutes, her mom came into her room wrenching the door open. 'How dare you behave like that in front of your brother?' she asked through gritted teeth, her eyes burning with anger.
As if he's a king, and as if I'm his maid, Becky thought. She so badly wanted to roll her eyes. But suppressed it for heaven's sake.
Her mom continued. 'You. Are. Going. Out. With. Rob. And. Hilary. This. Weekend.' she hollered and stormed out, leaving Becky wide-eyed with shock.
'What? I'm going out with those freaks this weekend?' She blinked to make sure if she was dreaming. 'This...this weekend? It means tomorrow? Oh, gosh. Life is getting worser than I thought...'
