I watch the two people exchange a couple more words, then I see the man go back onto the invisible ship, and the woman walks away towards the town. I realise the sun has set, and I should probably get back home. I stand up from my hiding spot and quickly half run half walk home.

I get home and try to get inside without anyone noticing, but I step inside and see Mary Margaret and David sitting on the couch. They appear to be giving me the death glare, probably because I wasn't home till dark. Or the fact that I snuck off without telling anyone, when or where I was going...

"Hi." I tell them, hoping they aren't terribly mad that I'm late.

"Your late." Mary Margaret informs me, "and you snuck off. Where did you go?"

"Umm funny story..." I start faking a laugh. "Look I needed some air so I went and sat at my thinking spot for a couple hours..."

"Where is that exactly?" David asks me, sounding concerned.

"The docks." I answer truthfully, should I tell them about the man and woman? Maybe I'll just do it when their less mad... "I watched the sunset and realized how late it was so I hurried home."

"Okay, that's understandable, I guess." Mary Margaret replies, agreeing with me. "Just tell us next time okay?" I nod my head yes.

"Alright I'm going to sleep, goodnight." I tell them, heading upstairs into my room, falling asleep the minute I sit on my bed.

The Next Day

I wake up, and get dressed. I glance at the clock and see the time, 8:45 a.m.. Great I missed school, again. Oh well school was never important anyways. I go downstairs and I see that everyone must've just gotten up to. Everyone is sitting at the table eating breakfast, so I go and sit down with them. I pour myself a bowl of cereal and start eating.

"How's it feel to be back?" I ask Mary Margaret and Emma.

"Great." Emma informs me, "I especially enjoy not having to kill my food before eating it." I laugh, she and Henry are the only two who haven't lived in our world.

"You get used to it." I informs her, "speaking of our home. When can we go back home?"

"Well after seeing it... I'm not really sure theirs much to go back to." Mary Margaret replies, "but it's nothing we can't handle." She laces her hand into David's. I quickly finish off my breakfast, I'm dying to find out more about the ship.

"Where are you in a rush to?" David asks me, "we let you and Henry skip school, so there's no need to rush..."

"Oh I know, I just wanted to..." I hesitate to think of an excuse, "go for a walk in the forest." David raises an eyebrow in suspicion. "I'll be fine."

"Okay I guess so...." Mary Margaret tells me agreeing. "Have fun and don't get lost. Be sure to bring your phone okay?" I nod, then run upstairs, and grab my phone off my dresser. I come back down and grab my jacket, putting it on.

"Bye." I tell them halfway out the door. I wait for them to wave, then I shut the door behind me, quickly grabbing my skateboard.

I get out onto the street and hop onto my skateboard, kicking myself back towards the docks to watch. I get there after about 20 minutes of skateboarding. I go back to my hiding spot, but after about 10 minutes of nothing I move closer? Is anyone even on the ship right now? Maybe I'm just in the wrong place... I walk over to where I saw it yesterday, and go to the big box of sand which is right next to where I think it is. I reach in and grab a handful, then throw it onto the space it was yesterday. I hear it hit a plank, yup still there. I hear a noise and I quickly dart behind a big crate and climb inside it. I watch through the cracks as the man, who from up close I realise is a pirate, walks up the plank. I watch him look down and see the sand, he seems puzzled and for a minute I panic. Am I breathing to loudly? Then he keeps walking, but I'm to scared to leave my hiding spot, for now.
