-Caleb's P.O.V-

A stream of panic flowed through my body, my heart got a little faster.

I rushed as fast as I could, hanging up. I hope she is okay.

I got into my car and drove over to her place which was about 10 minutes away. My fingers tapped restlessly on the steering wheel.

I parked the car out of her garage, jumping out of the car, slamming the door,I paced faster towards her front porche.

I knocked rapidly on the front door. No body answered.

"Alexis!"I called out.

"Alex!? Its Caleb," I screamed, waiting tensed and anxious. My hands red, from the continuous knocking.

No response is all I got, it all only added stress. I took out my phone to call her.
That's when I heard someone scream.

A girl's scream.

Then there was a loud noise of something crashing on to the ground.
I ran to the back porche. My eyes grew wide seeing scattered pieces of flower pots crushed lying everywhere. I scanned my eyes around to see a sign of someone, but none. On the floor laid glass pieces..a mess of vessels and...

Alexis..

Alexis lay unconcious, in a pool of blood surrounding her head. My heart raced faster like it would come out this very moment.

"OhMyGod, Alexis!" I exclaimed, running and bending down on my knees. She was unconcious.
"Alexis, don't worry I'm here, I won't let anything happen to you."

I carried her and rushed her to the my car. I laid her in my backseat and drove as fast as I could to the hospital.

Carrying her, my shirt was now soaked in blood. Rushing inside, I asked for help. Two nurses helped me rush her into emergency ward.

"Nurse, Call the doctor as soon as possible." I said while the other nurse helped me lay her down on the stretcher.

A doctor came in to our rescue as soon as possible.
"What happend to her?" He asked me while he checked her pulse. The nurse was preparing an injection.

"I..I got a call from her saying she was all alone and that she was scared that someone had broken into the house, when I got there I seen her lay in a pool of blood. She was unconcious, and I drove her here as fast as possible." I said.

"That's good you didn't wait for the ambulance." He said.

"Sir, can you please wait outside and are you family?" One of the nurses asked me.

"No, I'm her boyfriend." I said.

"Alright, could you call and inform her family and wait outside, we need to do some tests." She said.
