Dearest You,

Thanks  so much for patiently waiting for the update of this story. I would not make any excuses coz my excuses are lame and "inexcusable" (is there such word?) anyway. I have no other reason except for just being to damn lazy. But anyway, here it is ... I hope you like this chapter ... It's a little sad though ... The whole chapter is purely in English unlike the first chapters ... I'm thinking of revising the whole story and making it pure English (if I can!!!) ... Let me know what you think! Again, thanks so much ... I sure hope this is worth the wait.

Sorry for errors! Happy reading.

Love lots,

Cy

Here I am waiting, I'll have to leave soon
Why am I still holding on?
We knew this day would come, we knew it all along
How did it, come so fast?
This is our last night but it's late
And I'm trying not to sleep
Cause I know, when I wake, I will have to slip away

Of all the songs that this radio station could play, why this? Stupid car stereo.

I pushed the power button. Maybe silence is better.

What have I done? This is by far the hardest decision I had to make. Leaving her alone before the sun came up was not easy.

Her face. Her peaceful face while sleeping -- I would never forget that.

I sighed. Did I really make the right decision?

If I stayed,  what would Nikki feel? What would her family feel? What would people think of me?

Would I end up hurting more people if  I stayed?

Everything that happened last night still lingers on my mind.

She nodded and said, "Okay, one last sunrise."

I was taken aback. I wanted to hear those words. I wanted to hear them so badly, but I was frightened. Frightened of what those words from her would lead us to.

It started out fine. We talked. Just talked. Just like the first night we shared.

We argued. We argued a lot.

We laughed. We laughed like there was no tomorrow.

Then we stared at each other's eyes. I saw sadness in hers. I'm quite sure she saw sadness in mine, too.
