A/N: I will have to put a POV from Hankyung/Han Geng in this chapter otherwise I feel the chapter will be missing something.

Hankyung/ Han Geng

That was it: I had won the Water War. I almost never won it: usually Leeteuk or Siwon won, but I guess HyeLim did me a favour by shooting Leeteuk hyung and Eunhyuk by shooting Siwon hyung before. The boys cheered: well, most of them did. Sungmin looked a bit narked with me. But I didn't care what he thought: she was a stupid Korean girl, and he could get driven insane by her if he wanted to. She thought she knew me so well: ha! She didn't know the first thing about my past. I smirked and waited for her to resurface so I could rub it in her face.

But she wasn't coming up. I looked at the silhouette of her in the water in confusion, and saw the water were she was being tinted red. Bubbles were coming up from above where she was floating.

Then it hit me. She wouldn't come up: she hit her head on the ground of the pool because she fell in the shallow end, so she got knocked out.

And she probably only had seconds to live under there.

Without thinking, I slipped into the pool, abandoning my water gun on the edge. I went under and grabbed her limp body. I lifted her out and walked as quickly as I could to the pool steps. Everyone had stopped cheering and went completely still and silent for a second. Sungmin was the first to rush out of the house and fumble with the gate.

"HYELIM!" he yelled, thinking she would hear if he yelled. He opened the gate and everyone followed him closely. I picked her up in my arms, and as soon as I got her out laid her down by the edge of the pool. I examined her for a second. There was a big gash on the top of her head causing blood to stream steadily down her forehead. She was underwater for a while, so I put my hand on the edge of her neck and her chest, feeling for a pulse. There was none.

"Hyung! Is she breathing? Is she still alive?" asked Sungmin. I turned to him.

"She's not breathing."

Tears welled in his eyes.

"I have to resuscitate her. Do you mind me doing mouth to mouth?"

"Whatever it takes to make sure she stays alive!"

I nodded and tilted her chin back and opened her mouth. I put my lips to hers and breathed out.

I put 5 breaths into her and felt her chest again. There was a weak pulse back, so I breathed into her 5 more times. The pulse was back, and I felt under her nose. She was now breathing, but she was still knocked out, and there was nothing we could do about that.

"Towel!" I yelled to the boys. "And some bandages!"

Sungmin sighed in relief and put a hand on my shoulder.

"Hyung, thank you for saving her life"

I shrugged. "You love her to bits. I don't want to see my hyung depressed."

He smiled up at me.

"But don't think this changes anything between us: I guess I don't hate her anymore...but I still don't like her" I said firmly.

I let Sungmin pick her up and take her inside to the sofa. He laid her there, and Siwon passed me a roll of bandage, a towel and safety pins, then a bowl of water and a cloth to wipe the blood away.

Sungmin soaked the cloth in the bowl of water and wringed it out. He then gently started dabbing the blood away from her head. Once he had wiped all the blood away and cleaned the wound, I bandaged it, wrapping it around her head and down under her chin.

And we waited. We sat on chairs next to the sofa, Sungmin and I, waiting for her to wake up. Ryeowook made pork and spicy cabbage for dinner, but Sungmin didn't have any.

"Sungmin hyung?" I asked, scooping some cabbage into my mouth.

"Yes?" he asked, not taking his eyes off HyeLim.

"Aren't you hungry? It's been a couple hours since you last ate"

He sighed. "I don't want to leave her side"

I grinned. "I'll go get you some dinner, hyung, if you want me to"

He didn't say anything, so I took it as an agreement and went to the kitchen. I grabbed another plate and piled it high with pork and cabbage and returned to the living room. I sat the plate in his lap and he just sighed.

"Hankyung, I'm not hungry" he said. His stomach betrayed him, and rumbled loudly.

I looked at him with a 'sure you're not' expression.

"Don't make me force feed you, Lee Sungmin" I said, smiling and passing him a knife and fork.

He grinned slightly and took the plate, knife and fork. He started eating, slowly at first, then going on to shovelling it all hungrily in his mouth.

"This is so good" he said, closing his eyes and chewing.

"Arrrgggggghmmmm"

His eyes snapped open and he dropped his fork. He didn't groan, and neither did I. We both looked at HyeLim.

She covered her eyes with one hand and rubbed her head with the other. She was groaning louder now.

"Hankyung, turn off the light, quick, it's hurting her eyes" said Sungmin. I put my plate down and flicked the light switch off. Sungmin went to HyeLim.

"Lim?" he said softly, watching her. He removed her hand from her eyes, and they fluttered open.

HyeLim

I opened my eyes. It was dim so my eyes and head didn't hurt as bad.

"Argghhmm" I groaned. Sungmin was watching me worriedly. Han Geng was watching from the edge of the room. I tried to get up.

"Hey, hey, Lim, take it easy" said Sungmin, grabbing my arm and helping me sit up slowly.

"What is he doing here" I growled, shooting murderous looks at Han Geng.

"You could be grateful" he said coolly, staring at me.

"Why would I be grateful? You almost killed me!" I yelled, furious.

"He saved your life, Lim"

"I saved your life. If I hadn't had pulled you out of the pool you would be dead right now" said Han Geng, in a soft tone he had never used to me.

My breath got caught in my throat.

"Really?" I whispered.

"Really" he said solemnly.

I bit my lip.

"I want to apologise for the way I've acted towards you" he said, which surprised me.

"W-What?"

"I want to say sorry for being an asshole" he said. "It's not your fault you're a  Korean girl"

"Oh, thanks" I said sarcastically.

"No, seriously. I'm sorry for being a jerk towards you, and EunJung"

"Aww, thanks"

"This doesn't mean we're friends. I just won't be mean to you anymore" he said firmly.

I nodded. I couldn't believe it. Han Geng saved my life? Wow, that was new.

"So how about starting with letting me call you Hankyung?"

He grinned. "Sure"

So the enemy saved me...oh who cares, I'm still alive!
