After my little 'accident' at the end of the Water War, we agreed never to play one again. Instead of playing vigorous water wars, we would relax at the beach or poolside, occasionally having a swim.
Over the first week and a half I made contact with some other members: Leeteuk, Kyuhyun, Siwon, Heechul, Yesung, Eunhyuk, Donghae and Ryeowook.
Here they were: all of the contact I made.
The first actual conversation I had with Leeteuk was good although a bit creepy. It was 3 in the morning the day after the water war: I fell asleep on the sofa because my head was pounding and nothing would stop it. I woke up at 3 in the morning with Sungmin's mink blanket draped over me. Leeteuk was fast asleep in the chair next to me.
As I sat up, ignoring the pain in my head, a note fell from my neck. It was from Sungmin.
'In case you wake up in the middle of the night, we have made a roster on who looks after you: Every hour someone will come and watch you until you wake up. See you in the morning, cheeks x'
I tried to find my cell on the table next to me but I couldn't find it, so I sat down on the couch wondering what to do. I couldn't get back to sleep and I really wanted to know what the time was. I saw Leeteuk's cell phone protruding from his pocket, so, carefully making sure I didn't budge him, I slowly took out the phone. I checked it. It was 3:30. I groaned softly, and then was about to put his phone back in his shirt pocket until I saw his eyes open and glinting in the darkness. I was taken aback, and gasped in surprise.
"Bloody hell, Leeteuk!" I said, clutching my chest. "Thanks for scaring the hell out of me!"
"Why have you got my phone?" he asked, slightly ominously.
"Because I wanted to check the time" I said.
"It's time for you to use your own phone" he said, grabbing it out of my hand and slipping it back in his pocket. He sighed.
"Sorry, I get a bit cranky if I wake up in the middle of the night. Sorry I scared you too"
"That's Ok. Who has been looking after me so far?"
His brow furrowed. "Um...Sungmin, Hankyung, Kangin, Eunhyuk and Donghae together-"
"Typical" I scoffed. "It's a wonder they didn't wake me up!"
"And me. My shift ends in half an hour and then it's Kyuhyun's turn-"
"I think I'll go back to bed now" I said, trying to get up but failing and falling back onto the sofa.
"Don't worry, Sungmin blackmailed him into not pranking you" said Leeteuk. "He won't try anything, judging by how much he loves his video games"
"Did Sungmin threaten to break Kyu's video games? I don't want him to hate me too!"
"Not break them: hide them. But if he did a really DUMB prank that hurt you, then he would throw them in the pool." He chuckled evilly. "And then he went begging to me to try and stop him. I thought that was a fair enough deal. So he won't prank you, if he wants to keep the precious things"
He acted like everyone's Mom: even mine.
"Go to sleep, Lim" he urged when I lied saying I wasn't tired. "You've got a wound on your head and it'll hurt if you don't give it a rest"
"I get now why everyone calls you Mommy Teukie!" I said, wrapping Sungmin's blanket around me. "That's what I'm going to call you now"
"If you call me that I really will start acting like your Mom"
I shrugged. "Fine. You can do my washing and cook for me if that's so"
"No, I'll be telling you to do all of that! As well as setting you a bedtime" he said.
