Part 6 ~ The Tests

Luke's POV:
I'm terrified. 1 day I have my daughter and she is already in the hospital. I'm a terrible father. If she dies I'm gunna give up. I can't live without her. I couldn't live with myself. As she went into the x-ray room, I gave her a kiss and told her I loved her. I came back into the waiting room in tears filling my eyes as I see Michael, Calum and Ashton waiting for me. Calum came up and gave me a hug as I kept my arms limp and showed no emotion. Ashton put my head on his shoulder and told me everything would be alright. I sat next to Michael and he started talking to me.
"How's she doing?" He asked
"Not good" I sadly said
"It's gunna be okay Lukey."
"No it's not!! I had her for one day and she is already in the hospital!! If she gets hurt I don't know what I am gunna do. I can't like without her. If she dies I'm coming with her." I said
"Lukey don't say things like that. We can't live without you. Don't do anything stupid. We love you." Ashton said

2 hours later

The x-Rays came and the doctor came out and gave us the news.
"Luke Hemmings?"
"Is she okay?! Where's my daughter?!" I asked panicking
"I'm sorry, but we found a large tumor it her brain. She has stage 3 brain cancer and will need to go into surgery." He said as he hung his head

Michael's POV:
As we heard the news, there was silence. Luke's eyes were red and puffy with tears running down his cheeks. His heart was broken.

Luke's POV:
I was dead silent. My heart was broken. I could feel tears running down my face and Calum coming up behind me to give me a hug. I pushed him off me and stepped away from them. Fear in my eyes. I bolted out the door into the rain and didn't stop running.
