Fionna POV

I woke up at 11:00am. Wow it's already 11? I got up, took a shower, and got dressed afterwards. Today was the dance and I'm going with Gumball. He's cute but he probably doesn't like me in that way. Then there is Flame Prince. He's cool and I have a little crush on him and he's been very nice to me lately so maybe I have a chance. I stopped thinking about it and went into the kitchen and got out some Frosted Flakes. I was done eating breakfast and decided to go shopping but I don't want to go alone. So I called Fia.

Fia: Hello?

Fionna: Hey, Fia. It's me Fionna.

Fia: Oh hey, Fionna. What's up?

Fionna: You wanna go shopping later?

Fia: Sure! What time?

Fionna: I'll meet you at the mall at 1:30pm, okay?

Fia: Cool! See you later!

Fionna: Bye!

I hung up the phone and thought about what I'm going to do until then.

Marshall is not here today and the others are probably getting ready for later. Cake is not home either. She's hanging out with Mono again. So I just decided to watch some tv. I realized it was almost time to go. So I got a bag and my money and went to the mall to meet Fia.

It's about a 20 minute walk to the mall. As I entered I saw Fia already inside waiting for me in front of a store. I walked towards her...

"Hey. How long have you been waiting here?" I asked.

"Hey. Don't worry I just got here."

"Ok. Let's go shopping then."

We went into a couple of stores and bought dresses, shirts, tops, shoes, and more. It was fun.

"Ok. I think there is no other store we haven't been to yet," Fia said.

"Yeah. Well I better go home before I'll be late for the dance."

"Ok. See you there."

I waved 'goodbye' and went home to get ready.

Marshall POV

I was still at home not wanting to go visit my mom. I don't even know why I agreed to go. I mean while I'm going to that stupid meeting. The others are having fun at a dance. I could hang out with Fi right now. I got dressed and opened a portal to the Nightosphere and went in. I flew to the castle where my mom lives. Most of you probably think: Marshall are you crazy? You rather live in a small house than in a castle? Yes I do. This castle is not what you think it is. It's dark and looks like a haunted house. It basically screams 'I'm the house of death! One wrong move and your dead!' which may be an exaggeration but true for the most part.

I finally arrived and saw a few vampires and demons. I hate being here. I would like to know what this is about this time. I found my mom's office and just swung the door open. When I walked in the vampires and demons, and other creatures looked at me like I was crazy. I don't really care.

"Oh, hello son. How are?"

"Don't even come with that! Just tell me what you want so I can leave!" I really didn't care if I was making a scene.

"Can't a mother care about her son?"

"A normal mom- yes. You- NO! So what do you want I don't have all day!" I got annoyed by her stupid act.

"Fine. I invited you here to meet the leaders of the E.O.N! The Evil Ordinance of the Nightosphere. They make sure everything in the Nightosphere is the way it supposed to be."

"So what?"

"As Vampire King you have to be a part of them, too."

"Yeah, No. Not gonna happen!"

"Why not?"

"First because I don't give a f*** about the E.O.N or whatever and second I don't HAVE to do anything. If that's all than...BYE!" I flew out of the first open window I saw to get out of this place.

"One day you will act like a real King and rule the Nightospere!" my mother yelled after me. I just rolled my eyes and opened a portal to get back home.

"What a stupid day! I hope Fionna is having more fun," I mumbled to myself.

Fionna POV

"You ready?" Gumball asked me.

"Y-Yes s-sure," we got into his car and headed toward our school.

We soon arrived. Almost the whole school was there.

"You want something to drink?" Gumball asked politely.

"Yeah sure."

He left to get some punch and I went to Flay, who was here, too.

"Hey, dude! What's up? Didn't see you the whole day."

"Hey, Fionna! I told you I was hanging out with my friends."

"Yeah yeah! So what are you doing?"

"Waiting for Fia and Sam to come back. Fia is getting drinks and Sam is redoing her makeup."

"Aha ok. I'm gonna go back. Gumball is probably waiting for me. See you at school on Monday."

"Bye. Have fun!"

I walked through the crowd and got back to GB.

"Hey."

"Hey. Where were you?" he asked.

"Oh, sorry. I was just talking to Flay."

"It's ok. Here's your drink."

"Thanks."

"Can I talk to you outside?"

"Um sure."

We walked outside and sat at the water fountain.

"So what is it?"

"Do you like Marshall?"

"Of course I do. He's my Best Friend."

"Maybe you should stop seeing him."

"What? Why? I can't do that!"

"Because he's selfish, evil, and heartless. Also a Player. And he could hurt you."

"That's not true!!! He is an awesome friend and he has feelings, too, you know. Just because he's a Vampire doesn't mean he's evil. I like him and I'm not gonna stop hanging out with him just because you say so!!"

I angrily stomped away from him. Why does everybody keep saying that. I wasn't in the mood to go back to the dance. How can he say something like that? Marshall would never do something like that. When I got back home the lights were on. Hmm...weird. I never leave the lights on.

"Hello?!? Somebody there?? Cake?" I yelled. No answer. I took my sword from the corner and quietly started walking towards the kitchen. I suddenly jumped in and yelled

"AHA!" but instead of an thief or something...my sister Cake stood in front of me.

"Cake?"

"Oh, hello, Fionna."

"Cake!" I yelled angrily. She scared the heck out of me. "I thought your not gonna be home until later."

"Yeah, I was going to but Mono's mom called and he had to go take care of her. So how was the dance?"

"It was ok. But I'm really tired. Goodnight Cake," I said so she wouldn't ask more about the dance.

"Goodnight Fionna."

I went upstairs and got ready to sleep and jumped in my bed.

"I wonder how Marshall's day went," I thought. "Hopefully better than mine."
