Fionna POV

"Fionna, wake up!"

"Go away," I mumbled into my pillow.

"I would if I could. You're laying on top of me," say what?!?

I opened my eyes and realized I wasn't laying in my bed. I was on a couch and this isn't a pillow either.

"Marshall?"

"Yes. Now rise and shine, sweetheart, because I'm hungry and I need breakfast," he said.

"Why did you wake me up? I'm pretty sure you're strong enough to pick me up."

"Well, I didn't feel like it," he answered.

"Ugh, your impossible. How did we end up here again?" I asked.

"We started watching a movie, you fell asleep and I didn't feel like getting up."

After we got up and ate breakfast we still had about an hour before school starts. We have late start today and a free period so we didn't have to be at school until 11:25. I decided to also take a shower and change my clothes.

As I came downstairs I saw Marshall...shirtless!!!! But I have to admit he has a nice body. He was muscular but he didn't look like he spends every single day in the gym.

"Take a picture, lasts longer," he said with a smirk present on his face.

"W-What? I m-mean I didn't...," he is so impossible. He knows exactly what to say or do to make a girl speechless. Get it together Fionna.
"Where is your shirt," I asked.

"Aww, I thought you'd like this better," he answered.

"No, I don't," I said even though a little part of me liked what I saw. "Now put your shirt on," I said sternly.

"I would but it got dirty so...I'm not walking around with a dirty shirt," he answered.

"Fine, whatever," I rolled my eyes.

I went to the living room and turned on the tv. Marshall followed and sat down next to me.

"Hey, Marshall? Can I ask you something?"

"Yeah, sure."

"Should I go talk to FP?" as soon as his name left my mouth his expression darkened. "I know you don't like him but I do. I still want him to be my friend," I explained. He let out a deep breath.

"Look, if you want to talk to him then that's not my decision. If you want him to be your friend again then you should talk to him. Maybe if you explain why you didn't want a relationship, he wont be so mad."

After about an hour we left my house and headed towards school but we made a quick stop at his house. He told me to wait in the car. I've never been at his house before but the outside looks really nice. It's not huge but it's not small either. After a couple of minutes he came back with a shirt on.

"I'm pretty sure deep down you really loved my sexy body," he said as he got into the car.

"You keep telling yourself that," I rolled my eyes.

"Oh, you know I will," he said and winked at me, which made me blush. Why am I blushing? "Aww, is little FiFi blushing?" he said with a baby voice.

"Shut up!"

After a couple of minutes we finally arrived at the prison, I call school. Me and Marshall entered and I told him to go ahead without me because I had to do something.

I was looking for FP so we could talk. After searching almost everywhere I finally found him in an empty hallway kissing a girl. I should be jealous or mad right now but for some odd reason I really didn't care.

"Hey, FP," I greeted as nicely as possible.

"What do you want?" well, that was harsh.

"I need to talk to you...in private," I told him. He just looked at me for a while before finally telling the other girl to leave and saying that he'll meet her later. "Look, I know your mad at me but I need you to understand why I broke up with you. I do like you but just not in that way and I think we rushed into it to quickly. I'm sorry I upset you but I...I just wasn't ready," I explained. He sighed.

"I guess I should apologize, too. I shouldn't have acted that way. And I kinda agree. We did rush into it. Sorry again. Friends?" he asked hopefully.

"Friends," finally that's taken care of. I really didn't want to loose FP as a friend. "I should head to class now before I'm late," I gave him a fist bump (don't worry I still got Flame protection) and went to class.
